"There must be a way to get to him. Why is he not answering?" Polar smashed his cellphone on the floor and his assistant brought in another phone for him.
"I have no idea sir." Polar moved his hands through his hair.
From the information heās gathered, today was Pennyās apprenticeship program, and the only day they could kidnap her. If they donāt do it now to get the new genius and the genius seed sheās carrying which obviously belongs to the mad heir, they may never be able to get her again.
Polar didnāt want to fail again. He couldnāt get Osvaldo in the future, but he could get his children. Obviously, his seeds would be as smart as he is, especially coming from two geniuses.
This was gold to their organization. Those children will make them more billions.
"Maybe heās busy." His assistant said calmly.
"Busy? What could he be busy with?" Polar yelled. "How am I sure this is his contact?"
"How am I sure those fools gave us his real contact?" Polar continued his shout.
"And itās not like we can even get into the city. That Adkinās armies are there watching at every border." He said frustratedly.
He always gets things done, no matter what.
"I donāt think the Petersons lied. We cut off their fingers remember?" His assistant asked for Polar to frown even more. He always knew the Petersons were useless but this level of useless was not it.
"I heard the Willards and Bloodsworth family will be leaving the country soon."
"Get me in line with the Willards. Show them the evidence we have of them smuggling." Polar said for his assistant to bow before stepping out.
----
When evening came...
"Miss Penny!"
"Miss Penny!" A bang was heard by the door and Penny jumped up with Osvaldo by her side. Both people stepped out of bed to check what was happening.
"Itās Hughes. Hurry, put on your clothes." Penny said in a hushed tone and Osvaldo quickly did as she had asked. Though being in her arms was all he wanted.
Penny wrapped the blanket around her almost naked form before opening the door.
"Youāre not ready yet. We have 30 minutes until your speech, the whole world is waiting to see you." Hughes said in a hushed tone then her eyes shifted to her master who looked unkept.
Her gaze darted back to her mistress and Hughes already knew what was happening. The housekeeper closed her eyes and let out a long sigh. Alright, that was not important at the moment. She would just dress her Miss Penny before anyone sees her like this.
"Miss Penny, everyone is waiting in the living room for you. They will come here at any time. Grandpa Darlington already thinks youāre nervous and had even volunteered to talk you out of it but I stopped him." Hughes rapped that part and Penny instantly panicked.
No, she couldnāt let them know it is Osvaldo...
"Osvaldo please hurry to your room and get changed." He nodded, his blue eyes on Hughes before stepping out of the room.
Hughes quickly led Penny into the bathroom. Of course, she needed a shower after fucking her master. She couldnāt believe Penny would be so easy.
She has spent more than 20 years of her life avoiding Barnaby even though she liked him too and only after a month, Penny had opened her legs for her monster master.
"Miss Penny I cannot believe you," Hughes said, not being able to hide her mouth. She had almost died supporting Penny, she had every right to be angry now.
"For what?" Penny said behind the curtains.
"How can you let my master between your legs after everything he did?" Hughes asked.
"I almost died because of you too." Hughes started. She got separated from Barnaby because of them. The Adkins and Bloodsworth families will never be together ever again because of these two stubborn people, and here they are fucking behind everyone.
This was too much a news for Hughes to keep all to herself. She will never let her miss Penny make the same mistake again. Yet, she couldnāt imagine Penny with other man than was not Osvaldo.
"Thank you for that Hughes," Penny said calmly now scrubbing her body tenderly as she recalled how very gentle Osvaldo had been with her today. He said he was scared of hurting them.
If only he knew that nothing he did affected them. Sheād have to tell him after her program.
"Thanks?" Hughes asked now getting angry herself.
"Itās called Love Hughes. What I and Osvaldo have. He told me he loved me today"_" Hughes scoffed at her words.
Love?
Love?
Hughes was about to respond when a knock was heard at the door and she went ahead to check it.
"Grandpa Darlington."
"Is my granddaughter done yet?" Hughes shook her head with a smile.
"Sheāll be out soon, just give her a little time."
"Sheās running late Hughes. You are supposed to get her ready before time." Darlington walked away, his stick clicking against the marble floor.
Hughes walked back into the room heading to the bathroom when Penny stepped out in a towel.
"Iām done." She said with a soft smile, her blue eyes glowing.
"Miss Penny, please come this way." Hughes led her mistress to her closet and Penny began her makeup. She didnāt do too much since she was already late.
"Iām telling you Miss Penny, donāt trust my master fully again. Iām getting old and I donāt have the strength to fight anymore."
"You have nothing to worry Hughes. Osvaldo and I will never fight anymore. We both have come to an understanding." Penny said.
"He was only scared the kids would be mad like him thatās why he tried to harm them," Penny explained.
"Thereās no madness in the Adkins bloodline. My nieceās nephew will be just fine."
"We donāt know the gender of the children yet Hughes," Penny said applying her lipstick.
"Who cares what the doctor sees? My eyes are enough, and Iām telling you, both genders are growing beautifully in there." Both women laughed at Hugheās words.
----
While Osvaldo was in his room, his cellphone rang and he picked it up. "What is it Timothy?" ššššš¬ššš·ššæšš”.ššøš
"Sir, we donāt know how, but Polarās men are in the city. I donāt think itās safe for Miss Penny to go out."
"How many are they?"
"From what he counted, theyāre at least twenty men and had arrived as normal people through the help of the Willards." Osvaldo frowned. He couldnāt stop his Penguin from celebrating herself because of some loose scum.
What Osvaldo wanted more than anyone was to flaunt his intelligent wife to the world, and tell everyone she was his.
"There would be no need for that. Tighten the security instead and keep your eyes open Timothy. We cannot let anything happen to my world."
"Yes sir."
----
Hughes led Penny out of the room once she was done dressing up. Penny didnāt do much, she only wore a white mini dress which was almost covered with her lab coat.
Penny was a little nervous. The world was really going to see the brain behind all of the recent drugs that have cured a few health problems for people.
"You look so beautiful Miss Penny." Penny smiled at Hughesā words.
"Although, Iām getting a little fat," Penny said.
"Come on, itās just the baby weight. Youāll lose them once theyāre finally out." Hughes said.
"How come you know a lot about motherhood Hughes, even though youāve never been one?" Penny asked her maid.
"I took care of Master Osvaldo when he was born. I was there with his mother while she was pregnant. MY her sweet soul rest in peace. And she shared a lot of her experiences with me." Hughes smiled at the memory.
Penny reminded her so much of her first Adkins lady. They were both head over heels for the Adkins men.
"What was she like?" Penny asked.
"Letās just say she was like you." Both women stepped down the first wing of stairs.
"Like me?" Penny asked.
"She was kind, lovely, always happy no matter what. Unfortunately, she died the way she did. Oh, curse that man." Hughes said in anger.
"You know the man who murdered her?"
"Yes. Unfortunately, he was Mr Dewittās friend. Best friends if you may say. Polar always came to the house often and would always speak about business with my master Dewitt." Hughes said.
"That day. That party was for little Osvaldo. He was only seven. So happy, so full of life when he saw his mother had died. My master took him away, but when I saw him again, the light he once had was gone." Hughes said.
"But it came back with you." Hughes smiled.
