Defiant Martial God - Chapter 100: If You Want My Death, You Too Must Die Before This Laozi

A bitter old man gets tossed into the world of Tamriel, as a descendant of a religious madman no less, watch as he delves into the secrets of magic and explores the wonders of this danger-filled world, and with luck and a lot of magic juice possibly even beyond.This is my first attempt at writing a fanfic (or anything for that matter). English is not my native language but I think there shouldn't be too many mistakes. The story will focus on magic and exploration with most likely a bit of romance later on.

Qin Mian opened his eyes and found himself lying in a leaky thatched room. The problem was that he was still in his family’s villa beforehand! What’s more, there was another man lying next to his leg in the quilt!

“You, you, who are you?”

The man sat up quietly, his upper body exposed as looked at Qin Mian for a moment before he carried a worn out bowl with a cracked corner from the low table at the head of the bed. The man said in a muffled voice, “Wife, drink water.”

Qin Mian’s eyes rolled backwards and he passed out.

Title explanation: 勉为其男 [miǎn wéi qí nán] have the same sound as 勉为其难 [miǎn wéi qí nán] which means to do something reluctantly. 勉 [miǎn] is also part of MC’s name: Qin Mian.  Also, 其[qí ] sounds the same as 妻 [qi] means wife. So, there are words plays. Basically, Qin Mian reluctantly becomes someone’s man [wife] after he transmigrated.

In the year 3000, humanity was forced to leave the earth when a sudden mutation caused more than 70% of the planet's population to mutate either into zombies, werewolves or vampires. The humans put up a fight but didn't have a chance against the united front of the monsters and they were forced to leave. At least those who were rich and lucky enough to leave.

A century later, the chaos on earth had calmed down but the humans who were left behind were treated like slaves and were forced to join one of the three factions: The Undead, The Cold Ones or The Lycans when they turned 16.

It was a similar story for Ashton, who was one week away from being turned into one of the monsters as it was his 16th birthday. He decided to run away from his fate and join the secret resistance to battle against the monsters.

However, his plans came to a standstill, when a series of misfortunes leads him to be bitten by a Zombie, a Vampire and a werewolf before either of his powers could manifest.

He ended up receiving all of their powers, but at the cost of his humanity. Yet, he wasn't willing to let his humanity die. No matter the cost.

Will he be able to live his life, or was it already too late? Which faction will he join? Will he be able to find the secret behind the mutation?

There were too many questions, and only one way to find the answers: follow Ashton's journey as he fights back to retain his humanity.

Uchiha Natsuki obtained the power system, revived Uchiha, and created the strongest force in the ninja world.

Exclude me Uchiha? Sorry, we quit!

“Kakashi, Danzo was the mastermind behind White Fang’s death and was connived by the Third Generation. You actually worked for Konoha!?”

“Itachi, this time I will awaken the Eternal Kaleidoscope for you.”

“Bai, your actual combat ability is too weak. Please enter the Tsukiyomi space to practice for a few years.”

Sorry, we Uchiha have kaleidoscope per capita.

Who can fight in a group fight these days? Get on my shoulder!

Otsutsuki is coming to destroy the world, but you are still striving to be Hokage. There is something wrong with you.

Danzo: “We must not allow Uchiha to gain power!”

“Sir, Uchiha Fugaku has resigned from his position as captain of the Konoha Guard.”

“???”

Third Generation: “The position of Hokage will never be given to you as Uchiha!”

“Hokage-sama, Uchiha has withdrawn from the Hokage campaign.”

“???”

“Sir! Uchiha has established his own country!”

“What!?”

“It’s not rare for us Uchiha to use a Hokage as a treasure. Let’s wait and use him as a target.”

ps: Hizashi did not die simply because he wanted Neji to have a father.
