He is apathetic towards death (both of himself and of others).The women who surround him will also have their own problems, both internal and external.As the story progresses, it won't just be the MC and his realm growing in power.Hiro and his harem will also mature emotionally. Hiro's character growth will be a slow, grueling burn. Coming from a world far removed from such grim reality, he had read about these personalities in novels, but experiencing their shortcomings firsthand was a different story.

“Watch your words, Li Hua. Not only your body will be mine but your heart and soul too. I go crazy for the things that are precious to me. You are my wife, so my craziness for you is beyond description.”
