[The reason for the present dormant subsystems [the Locked Stats] is due to the simple fact that the majority of them cannot be safely accessed until proper neuromuscular control is established.]

[The Host's weakness—and the majority of his enhanced stats being currently locked—is due to an incomplete neural adaptation to the Annunaki Frame.]

[The new body operates on a hyper-advanced biomechanical system designed for a fully optimized consciousness.]

[The strength, agility, and endurance encoded into this frame require synchronized control between the brain and the Annunaki Nanonetwork.]

[Currently, his cognitive pathways are uncalibrated. Basic motor commands are inefficient, and sensory feedback is partially mismatched with the Host's mortal neural architecture.]

The system explained, but Ryuk simply stared blankly at the panel, reading each and every single word, back to back. Again and again.

After 7 minutes of keeping mute, with his eyes furrowed—not in misunderstanding, but in confusion.

Another set of notifications appeared.

[To put it in Host's layman words, Host's previous nanobody was simple—based on just three source scales from the body of an Annuaki—but it has been destroyed, and Host has now fused with a fully intact relic of an ancient hyper-advanced species.]

[This new body of yours, Ryuk, isn't just "stronger" in terms of raw stats—it's structured and technologically alien to you, and optimized for a completely different consciousness and neuromuscular framework.]

[That is, your brain is struggling to send effective commands to your new body.]

"Why?" Ryuk asked.

[Because the Annuaki body is too advanced! It relies on entirely different neural instructions based on quantum-pulse nerve relays or psionic energy interactions, rather than your normal electrical bio-signals!]

[Until you rewire your brain through effort and experience, then even basic movement will be awkward and inefficient, hence the reason why you're even using a staff right now.]

[Think of it like trying to control a spaceship with a bicycle's handlebars. You're not physically incapable—just that your current input system is way under-optimized.]

"What about the Locked Stats then?" Ryuk couldn't help but ask.

[The Locked Stats (Strength, Agility, and Endurance) aren't just numbers. They represent dormant nanostructures, muscle-dense fibers, or kinetic design nodes in the Annuaki body that you simply can't access yet.]

[Your body has the potential—but your nervous system, energy flow, and combat instincts haven't caught up.]

[These stats will unlock progressively as your form mental pathways, or through intense combat adaptation.]

[If all 1000 strength were instantly unleashed right now for the Host, he would literally shatter apart in an instant—and his brain would go into a coma. Hence the reason for the system locking them.]

"In short... I'm too weak to use my own body?" Ryuk asked out dumbly, as the system flashed:

[Exactly.]

[But there is, of course, a solution.]

[Host will need to implement adaptation methods. And the adaptation methods can be well clarified into three.]

[The first is: Physical Repetition.]

[Goal: Rebuilds neuromuscular condition and recalibrates reflexes. Methods: Combat, Running.]

"How does that help anything?" Ryuk asked, confused.

If the problem was his brain not advanced enough to send signals, then what has running or fighting got to do with his brain or anything?

[The Annuaki model uses an advanced neural attunement system, and physical movement helps "burn in" proper neural pathways between Host's brain and the artificial musculature.]

[The best of these movements are combat and reactive movement, which increase signal transmission speed along neural lines.]

[Running and continuous locomotion stimulate the lubrication lines in the Annuaki limbs, resulting in these lines becoming more responsive with sustained use—reducing stiffness.]

[The second method is: Aetheris Cultivation (Mental Power Training).]

[Goal: Accelerate brain-body synchronization through enhanced cognitive command.]

[The Annuanki frame responds to micro-thoughts—subconscious pulses from Host's mental state. Cultivating Aetheris sharpens these signals, reducing input lag and regaining control.]

This content is taken from freёnovelkiss.com.

[Aetheris improves neural elasticity and mental clarity, letting Host issue commands with greater efficiency—even when multitasking or under pressure.]

[Also, the Annuaki body contains a special Nanocore Interpreter Unit, which reads and translates intent.]

[Aetheris allows Host to better harmonize with his body, improving command execution.]

[Over time, Host might even be able to think and move in one motion—eliminating the need to consciously think about muscle calculation entirely.]

"That makes more sense."

[The last method, and very crucial, is: Rest and Calibration Cycles (Sleep, Idle Sync).]

[Goal: Passive integration of foreign systems into Host's natural rhythm.]

[During rest, the Annuanki Nanonetwork enters sense mode—scanning and recording patterns from Host brainwaves and internal rhythms.]

[Sleep helps stabilize motor memory consolidation—that is, every motion that Host practices during the days gets "written into the body" during sleep rest.]

[These are the ways for Host to gain full control of his Annuaki model.]

[The concept of it all is simple: Your body is like a supercomputer with alien firmware, but your brain is still running on human software. These methods—physical repetition, mind cultivation, and rest—are the ways by which you rewrite the operating system, syncing intention with action, until you no longer think about doing something. You just do it, as effortlessly as breathing.]

The system explained, and Ryuk went through the notations three times before he finally exhaled.

"I understand. I'll need to train harder, fight harder, and rest well to gain control of this body and unlock my locked stats."

"If so, I'll just keep my stats for now and not add any more. Doing so will just make it harder to tune in this new body with my consciousness."

"I'll unlock all my locked stat points first, before placing any points into the stats..." Ryuk committed in his heart.

[Very Good Decision, Host.]

The system said, but then…

KNOCK

KNOCK

KNOCK

The sound of knocking suddenly resounded as Ryuk turned to look at the door.

He grabbed his staff by the side and rose to his feet, before taking steps toward the door.

When he unlocked it, he found a dark-skinned Silverunic Lady in front of him, dressed in a black and white maid outfit.

"Are you the guest, Ryuk?" the lady asked, her tone neutral of emotion.

"I am."

"Here. High Scholar Emeris said to bring this to you..." she said as a dark travel bag appeared in her hand, which she passed to Ryuk.

He took it in his grasp, his hand straining a bit under the weight.

"He also said you're free to join the Royalty Children Training Class starting from tomorrow morning and also feel free to use any equipment that is present there."

"That's all," she said before turning back and disappearing into the distance.
