The moment the dart was released, Gu Xuan, who was sitting cross-legged and treating his injuries with his eyes closed, snapped open his eyes and narrowly dodged the dart with a swift backward lean.

After launching the dart, Shangguan Xuanyi swiftly drew his sword and vaulted forward, lunging at Gu Xuan.
