The black-robed man, Luo Kun, once again donned his mask and slowly began:

"Tonight, Crab Valley and several other forces from the Penglai Sea Domain are planning to attack Initial City."

"Moreover, they have joined forces with the Sea Soul Clan from the Deep Blue Sea Domain and the Storm Dragon Clan from the Storm Sea."

Hearing this, Li An furrowed his brow.

It was true that Crab Valley and other forces from the Penglai Sea Domain had always harbored hostility towards Initial City.

More than 300 years ago, after the nuclear war that inaugurated the Spirit Era, Crab Valley maintained a superficial peace with Initial City but always coveted control over the pathway to Planet Blue.

Had this statement come from another person, Li An might have believed it partially; however, coming from a follower of the God of Lies, he felt it was almost certainly a fabrication, possibly even laced with a sinister plot.
