Chapter 179: Chapter 179

A month later...

It has been a month since he got the warning from Erika.

Aaron spent almost all of the time in the past month doing very few things. He would wake up in the morning, have breakfast before going to the dungeon hall, where he would spend till noon.

At noon, he would eat lunch, never missing a day.

With all that work every day, it was a burden on the body, and if starved, that would damage his body, which is something he doesn’t want, no matter what.

After lunch, he would either visit the library or go back to levelling up in the dungeons. This would be the schedule as long as there are no classes that he needs to attend to learn more about the world.

With constant visitations to the dungeons, he levelled up a lot. In the month, a lot has changed in his status, not just regarding his attributes, but also his skills, which have improved a lot.

Aaron was able to level up thirty times. His level has now reached 182. With Erika’s warning, he decided to show a bit more power than before, but he was not blatant about that. He would still make sure that no one sees him when he enters higher-level dungeons.

With a 30-level increment, he got a lot of FSPs, but with constant use, the number never reached 60,000 FSPs.

He can now assign 60 and 40 FSPs per day to the primary and secondary attributes. With thirty days gone by, they increased a lot.

He stopped going to the training room, as he saw that there was no improvement some time ago. This was because his body had far outgrown what the training equipment helped one grow.

If he wanted to use training to increase further, he may have to find better instruments. The growth might have been different if he had had proper equipment for his stage.

This time, he was able to improve his luck attribute twice, increasing it from 5 to 7.

He checked it effect and it was true. After increasing it to 7, he went to a loot dungeon, and the loot he got was more than before. He was so happy about that, but to increase it more, he had to work like a slave, levelling up without taking any rest.

Though having a value of 7 is good, he learned recently that 7 is considered a good value among commoners, not for awakeners. Most awakeners would have such a value. Awakners are people who go against the norm, making their luck value already high.

This was there was never a fortuitous encounter. Everything that he earned was due to his talent, empowering him a lot.

If he lacked that talent, he might have never entered the Dusk Academy. Even if he did, when the first tournament let them enter the Undead Ruins, he might have never gone into the core area and missed out on a lot.

To gain fortunes, one needs to have luck and strength. He had strength, but he knew that only having strength was not sufficient, as luck is what lets one find such an encounter.

There are two ruins that the man from the Undead Ruins spoke about, and to find those, Aaron knew he needs a lot of luck. He knew that the man told him about those two ruins for a reason.

He doesn’t know the reason why the man truly informed him about these ruins, but he intends to find those ruins and find out the reason himself. To find them, he needed luck as there was not much information was given out regarding the ruins.

Also, to get alive out of a bad situation, he needed a lot of luck and he intends to improve his luck as much as possible.

Coming to the skill section, he got a lot of SPs, which he used a lot on improving his skills, but not all, which he kept as an emergency in case he finds any exceptionally rare skills by chance or increases Summon Skeleton skill to Gold. This was the requirement for him to reach the next grade.

He increased his summon ghosts from Bronze Rank 7 to Silver Rank 1, which consumed 16,000 SPs.

The other skill that he improved was Dual Cast, which he improved from Bronze Rank 1 to Bronze Rank 9, which consumed 29,200 SPs.

In the end, there are fewer than 10,000 SPs left, which he left untouched, in case he finds a good skill and wants to improve that.

In addition to these, Mana Ball and Death Lash improved as he used these two skills a lot of times while in the dungeon.
