Harem System: Spending Money On Women For 100\% Rebate!-Chapter 222: WE ARE BACK!
Kyle was dropped off at his destination and he gave the man a tip with a good review because in as much as he didn't like the old man's company.
Kyle was aware that a man his age shouldn't be working but the fact that he was out here hustling at this age only showed how much he needed the money.
This was the sad reality of life, you didn't know anyone's situation and Kyle wasn't going to let his mood affect someone's source of income.
The moment he stepped out of the car, the stench that invaded his nostrils reminded him of death, it was filthy.
Kyle couldn't believe this place hadn't been torn down but that would be impossible because even if it was crime infested, it was still a place where people lived.
"Home, sweet home," Kyle muttered to himself, the fact that he had to walk a fair distance before he could enter this city was proof of its high crime rate.
Kyle also made sure not to wear anything flashy because it would be stripped away from him in no time but there was something that he noticed.
There were a lot more homeless people around, this also included children but they weren't just homeless but malnourished as well.
"What the hell is happening here?" Kyle thought to himself but before he could take another step. He felt a light tug on his trouser, Kyle looked down and saw a child with a bowl in hand.
"M-Money.." The child said but Kyle knew this tactic, they must have perceived he was new here but there are certain things that never change.
If Kyle was to give money, then a couple of people would trail him and rob him of everything else he might have.
Kyle sighed before taking out a $5 bill and handing it to the child. He knew all eyes were on him but he lived here before so he knew how to get out of these sorts of situations.
Kyle proceeded to get out a lot of coins before tossing it up in the air and he was swarmed in mere seconds but this allowed him to slip out of sight during the commotion.
Evading potential criminals that were just observing him from the shadows.
It wasn't much but Kyle knew that this was enough to get them through the next couple of days.
Kyle was in good physical condition so this meant that his little sprint didn't take the wind out of him.
But this meant that he had to take a little detour on the off-chance he was being followed.
Kyle hated this place but this was where he grew up and the place that held the secret in rediscovering who he was.
However, Kyle overestimated his ability because the place he remembered was in the past.
The 'safe' corners were no longer safe, this was a haven for criminals and Kyle had wandered right at the center.
"Oi…" A cold voice rang out behind him but Kyle wasn't scared even though he knew the chances he was standing in front of a killer was high.
"Empty your pockets you little shit!" The man barked and it was followed by a swift blow to the back of Kyle's head that sent him tumbling to the ground.
Kyle turned around and noticed this man was severely underweight but he could also see marks on his arms that indicated he was a junkie.
Kyle kicked him off easily because of the difference in weight class before punching him across the face.
He was only here for a couple of minutes and was already involved in a life-or-death situation.
But there was something that snapped in Kyle the moment his fist connected with this man's face.
All the stress and frustration that had accumulated was released onto this man, his hand pummeling away at his face.
Kyle remembered how powerless Clarence made him feel and he was no longer going to live that way but fortunately for Kyle, he came to it before he could kill the man.
Even though he had rearranged his facial structure, Kyle noticed his fist had a few bruises as well.
"Maybe coming here wasn't such a good idea," Kyle thought to himself, crouched over an unconscious bum covered in his blood.

Isabella welcomed the signing of a proficient talent because she knew this would boost their social media presence and online attention.
This person wasn't a newbie, far from it on the contrary so it was a bit strange why they were inquiring about the JPD Agency when they could easily get into any top Agency not only in America but around the entire world.
There had to be movement behind the scenes, there was no way that Kyle would set something this big into motion without informing her either.
Isabella was excited but cautious because the Agency they were about to go into dealing with was at the top.
And it was normal for the big dogs to consume the little dogs before they could become threats to them.
Isabella knew this could be a potential merger but she wanted to establish her Agency the way she wanted.
This would no doubt aid in that achievement because they had promised to not only relinquish operational rights to her but that all they needed was the name changed to reflect theirs.
This would set them up for a lifetime but money was something she noticed wasn't a problem for Kyle but his influence was limited.
Money could only get you so far in this industry but the fact that Kyle wasn't answering her calls made her wonder what he was doing.
This was time-sensitive but Kyle had trusted her to run it how she wanted, didn't that include this sort of thing?
"Boss, you have a guest," Carly informed Isabella but Isablla gestured to ask her who it was but judging from Carly's nonverbal reaction, she could tell that the person was within listening range.
But it must also mean that whoever was behind that door might be of importance and this was the only reason Isabella entertained them considering the looming deal.
This might be a representative and Isabella took a deep breath because she had to wear her professional face.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Let them in," Isabella made sure whoever standing at the back of the door could hear her.
However, the person who walked through that door was someone she couldn't have guessed, not in a million years.
"You are…!"
