Once a Young God’s Divine Power naturally progresses to the Apprentice level, that marks the official coming of age. There’s no fixed time limit, but it usually happens around ten thousand years old, give or take a thousand years. There’s no shortcut to this process; it must be experienced.

Starting from the Apprentice God, Divine Power no longer increases naturally but can only be improved through work, which is to manage Laws and receive the feedback of the Laws to enhance Divine Power.

If you do well in your Divine Position and endure several terms, you can be promoted if performing exceptionally well. If you perform ordinarily, you may get a lateral transfer, but mistakes would mean demotion.

Among these factors, the rank of the position is slightly more important than the level of the world.
