Chapter 541 - 541 The Hunt for Invincibles, The Accidental Death of a Legend, Father Walker Shames Demon Girls, and DoomGuy Drops Tears of Pride.
Undertaking the task of finding sixteen Invincibles across an infinite number of universes is no easy feat; however, Allen wasn't flying blind.
Allen observed the land of this universe for a moment. The less contact he has with the people here, the better. He doesn't know what this Invincible did; he doesn't know how many people died or if there's anyone familiar face among them. But it's better not to know; otherwise, Allen might end up becoming a true monster.
Annie – Allen, how can you be sure that this Invincible is one of the sixteen you're looking for?
Maeve – I won't deny that I'm curious too.
Unohana – Ara Ara, of course, you don't have to answer, darling~
"That..." Allen took a moment to decide when he should reveal this topic, but when he did, he smiled.
Emma W – Is it because of that entity?
The people in the Chat don't know the identity of the system, but they are aware of its existence, though they believe it might be some goddess or mystical entity helping Allen.
"It's difficult to explain with words, but I can assure you this one is an Invincible from the sixteen."
PersyJ – Dude, how does it feel different?
Rouge – Didn't you just hear him say he doesn't know how to describe it?
Kratos – There must be a connection between them... something spiritual, divine, or magical?
Allen nodded, "As Kratos says, there's some kind of 'Destiny' that connected those Invincibles to Angstrom Levy. Because I stole his power or maybe because I faced the will of the world, I'm not sure, but now I can feel that connection across worlds. However, it's not precise; it's like looking at a map that marks the region where an Invincible is. I can guide myself with a one-in-a-thousand chance of getting it right..."
Allen squinted his eyes, leaving behind the Invincible of this world. This one wore a suit similar to the yellow one Mark wore in his early days, but it was covered in so much blood that it appeared red. Among the sixteen Mark Graysons, some shared a history with only a difference or two. Small differences made them different, weaker, or stronger than the Invincible Allen knew.
Allen had only encountered one of the strong Invincibles, the one who attacked the Guardians of the Globe during the Invincible War and seemed obsessed with combat.
Wednesday – Do you think we'll find them?
Makima – It's a gamble, Allen. You can only guide yourself relatively close to a target universe...
Kurumi – Ara, a one-in-a-thousand bet, how interesting~
Jalter – Tsk... you do senseless things, I don't see the reason for you to take this kind of responsibility...
"That's true, this is more about self-satisfaction than anything..." Allen raised his hand while looking at it, the same hand with which he had held an Invincible just a few minutes ago until he incinerated him. His eyes glowed as his body emanated extreme amounts of power, "I just wouldn't like to leave this world knowing that those Invincibles... especially the cannibal, because if I did, they would continue to do whatever they want for thousands of years just because I ended Angstrom Levy's life."
It was true that many Invincibles were still missing. Allen was particularly concerned about three: the sinister Invincible, who was a sadistic, cannibalistic madman; the Invincible Omni-Man, who was presumed to have killed his father; and the Mohawk Invincible, who was an emperor in his world... even if he didn't manage to find the remaining thirteen, he wanted at least deal with those three.
Kurumi appeared at his side and grabbed his arm, "Ara Ara~ It seems my master isn't just a perverted womanizer with too much power~"
Allen laughed, "Is that the image you have of me?"
"Ufufu, I'm sorry, Master~"
The other girls had suspected that, but it seemed that Kurumi had no memories or knowledge of Allen. This was confirmed at that moment, and it wasn't hard to deduce that it was due to the cheating Kurumi claimed to have done to wake up immediately.
Allen shook his head and opened another portal, leaving behind what he had decided to name Universe 31.
...
(Universe ???)
Allen's journey had been quite calm so far; however, this time, it didn't go as smoothly.
"What?! But! Ahh!"
His portal scared a man with gray hair, possibly near old age, causing him to stumble and crash into a streetlight pole, falling unconscious.
"Ah..." Allen opened his mouth as soon as he crossed the portal.
Natasha – Don't say "ah," help him, Allen...
"I know, Mom ~" Allen lazily crouched and placed a hand on the man's head to wake him up. At that moment, he noticed the man was dressed like a priest from the church.
"It's a lie..."
Allen's eyes widened in disbelief. He then examined the elderly man, and his disbelief only grew, mixing with nervousness. Seeing Allen act this way alarmed everyone.
Albedo – Allen-sama?
2B – Master, do you need help?
Gwen – What's happening?
MJ – Allen?
Felicia – Did something happen to the man?
Allen stood up and adjusted his trench coat while looking at everyone, "He would be fine if it were just the hit... but when he fell, he suffered a massive heart attack and died... not only that but his soul was immediately taken as if someone feared it would be stolen..."
McDragon – Don't say such things, how could something like this happen...
Allen gritted his teeth and got annoyed, "Don't ask me! This can't be my fault!"
Maria Hill – Wait, is this serious?
Emma W – Oh my god...
Asia – I-Is that person a priest?!
"Wait! Don't mess with me! Before anyone accuses me of anything, this man was supposed to die!" Allen started to feel pressured by the gaze of his Chat, and he searched for ways to justify this, "I mean, what are the chances of you becoming unconscious while suffering a massive heart attack?! Plus, the soul thing is concerning. Someone wanted him dead. It was just a coincidence that it happened here!"
Allen finished speaking and crossed his arms, showing no intention of continuing this discussion.
Tony – Am I the only one... who thinks this place is... familiar, like that house, Mmm...
Kimiko – Ah!
Cate – It can't be... just the other day I saw this place!
Allen froze and looked around carefully.
It was a steep residential area on a Hill, the air smelled like the '70s, with a faint fog accompanying the night. Allen directed his attention to the streetlight where the priest had hit, now illuminating the empty street.
Allen started feeling more and more familiar with this place, and he realized that he might have ruined this world before even understanding where he was. His gaze fixed on the house in front of him.
The house loomed over the hill like a shadowy sentinel, hidden among the trees of Georgetown. It was a two-story red brick structure with tall, thin windows.
A stone staircase led up to the front door, painted a deep black, contrasting with the white frame. The porch was narrow, with a small wrought-iron lamp hanging from the ceiling, its flickering light failing to dispel the growing sense of unease.
"I know where I am..." Allen looked at the priest on the ground, crouched down, and searched for an ID. When he found the wallet, he opened it.
"Father Merrin..."
On the outside, the house remained silent, unmoving.
Gwen – for those who haven't yet noticed Allen is in the world of "The Exorcist 1973 Hehe ~
"Thank you, Gwen....So..." The Chat fell into a deep silence as Allen thought about his next move.
...
(A/N: I know this took you by surprise, but let it cook the Chapter and see it as a parody 🍷🗿)
...
A shadowed figure climbed the steps and knocked on the door. When it opened, a woman was surprised to see a young, handsome man at her door.
"Good evening, I'm Allen Walker, you must be Chris MacNeil," Allen smiled.
The woman stood dazed for a moment but quickly recovered, shook her head, and took Allen's hand.
"Ah, yes, Father..."
The woman felt embarrassed, as the man in front of her was far too young to be an exorcist priest, but knowing that her daughter's life was at risk, she didn't want to question him. As for how she knew Allen was a priest, she didn't, but she assumed it.
"Please, come in!" the woman said.
Chris was an elegant woman, in her forties, a recognized actress, always dressed with class, even at home. She had short, reddish hair. This woman was the mother of the protagonist of this world.
"Then, with your permission," Allen entered, carrying a suitcase and a hat, which he removed as he entered. It was a house that exuded the scent of luxury fitting for the era.
A priest came out from a room and stood stunned, staring at Allen. He was a man with a tired gaze and a wounded soul. His dark eyes, deep like pits, always seemed to search for something beyond the obvious. His short, slightly disheveled black hair gave the impression that the days weighed heavier than the desire to comb it. He was Father Damien Karras, an honored and relevant figure in this world.
"But... who are you? And where is Father Merrin?" Karras asked.
"He's dead..."
"What?!"
"Haha... I meant, he was dying to come, but couldn't, so he sent me..."
"That... but... you're too young?"
"Nonsense, I'm an expert in these things! I'm Allen Walker, the Exorcist... saying that felt weird... never mind," Allen smiled confidently, "Where's the spawn of Satan?!"
"Hahahaha, Merrin is dead. Hahaha!" A deep, malevolent laugh came from the second floor.
"Father Walker, I'm afraid this demon is very powerful. Are you sure you can handle it?"
Allen laughed, walked over to Karras, and patted him on the back. "Son, I'm an expert in demons, I know them by feel and by sight~"
Albedo blushed, Makima snorted with red cheeks, Rias was angry but also embarrassed, and Akeno laughed.
"Father Walker," Chris clung to Allen's arm, "Please help my daughter!"
Some of the girls noticed how this woman discreetly pressed against Allen. "Don't worry, Mrs. MacNeil," he smiled, patted her hand a couple of times, and went to a room to prepare for the exorcism.
She was a single mother, strong and protective, but also human, filled with fear when logic stopped making sense. Her love for Regan was both her anchor and her torment. Watching her daughter transform day by day felt like dying slowly. Chris was not a believer, but in her desperation, she had no hesitation in seeking help beyond science, beyond reason.
...
Allen entered the room to the incredulous stares of his Chat because this was not something that could be solved by just punching since it was a case of demonic possession.
Allen didn't bother answering the comments. He left his suitcase on the bed and opened it. There was a silver crucifix, which Allen took carefully and placed on himself. It seemed like he truly knew what he was doing.
Then he took out the necessary items for a proper exorcism: a Bible, a jar of holy water, a silver Magnum of salvation, a SPAS-12 of faith, and a sacred metal bat... wait, what?!
Raven – Allen?
"The best way to deal with possession is by cutting the problem at its root..."
Allen placed the Magnum bullets on a small table, dipped them in holy water, and carefully loaded them one by one into the weapon.
Kara – This is one of your jokes, right?
"Our Father who art in heaven..."
Allen grabbed the SPAS-12 and took out eleven sacred shells, blessed them with his cross, and inserted them into the semi-automatic shotgun one by one while praying.
"Hallowed be thy name, deliver us from evil... or I will!"
The people in the chat were stunned as Allen armed himself to the teeth.
DoomGuy – Allen, you're a good man *He felt proud*
Allen looked up at the second floor and there was Regan MacNeil, the protagonist from The Exorcist (1973).
At first, she was just a sweet twelve-year-old girl, curious, with rosy cheeks and a laugh that filled the halls of the old house. She had light brown hair, long and straight, and green eyes full of life. Her voice was soft, a bit mischievous, as one would expect from a girl her age. She liked to paint, play with her mother, and watch movies. But little by little, something in her changed. Her skin became pale and ash-colored, her eyes lost their sparkle, and her voice... turned into a guttural growl, foreign, monstrous. What inhabited her body was no longer a girl. It was a dark presence that spoke in dead tongues and smiled with hate...
"Don't worry, little girl, I will save you!"
...
At this moment, Regan smiled with delight as she mocked Allen, the idiot who had accidentally killed Father Merrin. Without him, the girl's body would be completely hers, and she could cross over to this world. Regan's smile twisted with pleasure, although she found it strange that she couldn't feel what Allen was doing in that room.
"Father Walker, what are you doing?!"
"This is crazy!!!"
The demon mocked the commotion outside.
"Nothing you do can stop me–"
The door opened, and Regan's smile froze. A man wearing a trench coat and a silver cross entered with a Magnum in hand and without hesitation, aimed at Regan.
"Vile demon, today you will know the wrath of God!"
"...!" The demon jumped as its pillow was exploded by a shot.
Allen shot again as Regan jumped off the walls. Regan's mother, Chris, fainted immediately.
"Are you crazy?!" Regan screamed, unable to believe that someone would be mad enough to shoot her.
Shut up and die!" answered Allen, leaving the demon speechless; he forgot that this body belonged to a girl.
"AAAAHHHH!!!"
Suddenly, a monstrous scream resonated, and objects from the room started flying toward Allen. He used his feet to kick them away. Then, he jumped onto the bed and aimed downward.
"...!!" The demon felt a chill and ran on all fours.
"What kind of abomination are you?!" Allen took out his semi-automatic shotgun, filled with indignation. "You heartless monster, leave that little girl alone!"
Allen fired with the SPAS, creating a hole in the wall and scaring the demon.
"Son of a bitch!" The demon jumped out the window.
"Shit, I'm running out of God's love," Allen turned to Father Karras and tossed him his Magnum. "Father, reload God's love!"
"Father Walker, this is madness!!!"
Allen slapped Karras, "Listen, son, we are warriors of God. We must show that we won't bend before demons. In fact, we should push them, dominate them until they scream our names."
Makima – Allen! *Angry and very embarrassed*
Albedo – Is this some kind of proposal?!❤️
Akeno – *She's embarrassed too*
Rias – *Rias curses, blushing while throwing things around the room*
DoomGuy – *Nods with pride, a tear in his masculine eye*
Allen's words would sound heroic and noble if there weren't a bunch of beautiful demon girls who understood the double meaning of his words.
Father Karran was not part of the Chat so he was moved and grabbed the Magnum, "Trust my father!"
...
Allen climbed onto the roof with his shotgun in hand. "Where are you, Pazuzu?!"
"What?!" Pazuzu was surprised that Allen knew who he was.
"Ha!" This mistake was noted, and Allen shot at the spot. Pazuzu barely managed to escape.
The demon turned out to be Pazuzu, an ancient and powerful demon, a high-ranking demon that had been a source of fear since the beginning of time. But now this monster had a pale face as it hid behind the relief of a neighboring roof.
"What is that monster?!" said Pazuzu.
In all his years of life, in the entire history of humanity, Pazuzu had never felt fear from a human, never felt the need to run from someone. He never thought the day would come when he would have to hide.
"Come out... Pazuzu..." Allen murmured, but this was taking too long, so Allen decided to get serious.
He pulled out his most powerful weapon from his inventory: the embrace of God...
Pazuzu heard the sound of a machine whirring, and when he peeked, he saw something terrifying—a priest with shining, wine-colored eyes staring at him with a minigun filled with the love of God.
"...!"
The demon abandoned Regan's body, which fell from the roof but was caught by Allen, who smiled with the tenderness of a saint.
He then walked toward the house with Regan in his arms. She now had an amulet that would prevent possession from happening again.

"Open, Karras!" Allen shouted from outside.
Father Karras came out of the house with the Magnum in hand, a bandana on his head, and two black marks on each cheek.
"What are you doing, Father Karras?" Allen reprimanded him disapprovingly. "You're holding the weapon wrong; you'll break your wrist. God, these young exorcists don't know how to do the job..."
Allen took Regan to Chris, who had already woken up, and looked at Allen incredulously.
Allen smiled with the kindness of a wise man. "My dear, the exorcism was a success. Now your daughter is safe."
"..." Chris stood there stunned, unable to react. But she had to hold Regan who Allen pushed towards her.
"You don't have to thank me, I do it all for love... but I'll take that vase and that piano as payment for my trouble." Allen smiled like a true son of a bitch and then handed her a protection amulet against demons before turning around.
[What would you have done if the demon hadn't left Regan's body?]
'Do you really think that cowardly demon wouldn't do it?'
Allen smiled as he left the house. The Chat might question his methods, but they couldn't deny his results. Allen had performed a successful exorcism!
??? – You may have a thousand jobs and titles, but being an Exorcist is the one that suits you best... Allen...
"Hm?"
[Is something happening?]
"No... I think I saw a strange comment, as it didn't have a name, but it disappeared..."
[That's impossible, I'll check the records!]
Allen knew that this world had a heaven and a hell. Therefore, there must be god and the devil, but he didn't know what God's reaction was when he saw him. Allen committed many blasphemies so it is better not to stay to find out.
Allen opened a portal...
...
...
...
Meanwhile, in Invincible, Allen, the alien, had woken up and was looking at his changed body. He had grown due to his latest evolution. He was immediately called by Thaedus, who was waiting for him in a private room.
"Hey, what was so important that you didn't let me sleep?"
"It's time I tell you the whole truth..."
Thaedus turned and looked at Allen, the alien, seriously. "I'm a Viltrumite..."
"Huh?! What nonsense are you talking about?!" Allen, the alien, didn't believe him, but Thaedus sighed.
"I know it's hard to believe, but millennia ago, I was a Viltrumite like any other. But when the new government came, not everyone agreed. I didn't want the Viltrumites to become killers and conquerors, so I killed the former Regent Argall."
Allen staggered upon hearing such nonsense. "Come on, old man, you expect me to believe that a Viltrumite killed their king?!"
Thaedus sighed. "I thought that with Argall's death, my people would come to their senses, but it got worse, so I decided to become their angel of death..."
"Old man..."
"Allen of Unopa, have you ever wondered how they developed a virus that kills Viltrumites and only them, without understanding their physiology?"
"Well... don't tell me!"
"That's right, Allen. The Scourge Virus has developed thanks to millennia of using my DNA to create it..."
Scourge Virus: Developed from his DNA, the virus targets Viltrumites by compromising their immune systems, deactivating their strength and invulnerability. The only way to survive is by having an exceptionally strong immune system and patiently waiting for the virus to run its course.

A/N: I know there will be those who are tired of Invincible, that's why I decided to take advantage of the Multiverse to make this little stop in The Exorcist, it could have been in any movie, I hope it was entertaining.
