I Took A Succubus's First Time-Chapter 95: She’d Just Fallen In Love.
Aria and Kouhei were enjoying their date, savoring every moment together. As the day slowly edged toward its end, neither of them wanted it to conclude. They both felt the growing desire to stretch their time out just a little longer.
Aria was more exhilarated than she had ever been in her entire life. Normally, the only thing that got her blood pumping was the thrill of battle. But now, for the first time, she felt that same rush just from spending time with Kouhei.
"Okumura-sama," Aria began, her tone a mix of curiosity and eagerness. "What are we going to do next?"
"Ah…" Kouhei hesitated. He had run through all the ideas he'd planned for this date. Everything he'd thought of had already been checked off the list. Still, dates didn't always need elaborate activities. Something as simple as walking through a park or watching the sunset could still count as a perfect end to the day. "Why don't we watch the sunset together?"
The date might have been winding down, but the thought of ending it entirely didn't sit well with either of them. They still had time before 7 PM rolled around. If they both agreed, they could always extend it further. For now, Kouhei figured the best idea was to take in the sunset with Aria.
They soon found the perfect spot—a clearing with a stunning view of the horizon.
"It's beautiful…" Aria murmured, her voice barely audible, almost as though she hadn't meant to say it aloud. To her, this moment was special. Maybe it wasn't extraordinary to others, but for Aria, it was the first time she had truly stopped to appreciate something like this.
The sun sank slowly, its golden light spilling across the sky as it kissed the horizon. Around them, other bystanders also paused to enjoy the scene. Some couples even took the opportunity to share a tender kiss, adding to the romantic atmosphere.
Kouhei, noticing the pairs locking lips around them, suddenly realized just what kind of spot this was. This was a place for lovers—a haven for couples to savor intimate moments together.
Unbeknownst to the pair, Hina and Nagisa were watching them from behind a bush, their disguises barely concealing their presence.
"Come on, Kou-kun, this is your chance to kiss her!" Nagisa whispered excitedly, gripping the edge of the bush tightly.
"Kouhei's not stupid," Hina replied with a smirk. "He knows this is the perfect moment to kiss her. I'm sure he won't waste it."
The two of them watched with bated breath as the scene unfolded before them. The mood was perfect, and Kouhei and Aria were already holding hands. Everything seemed to point to the inevitable—a kiss to seal this magical moment.
Their hearts pounded as they saw the couple lean closer together.
"Kou-kun, do it…!" Nagisa muttered, clenching her fists.
Slowly, Kouhei and Aria closed the distance between their faces, their eyes fluttering shut.
And then—
"Ah…!"
An elderly woman passing by with a bag of groceries was suddenly shoved aside by a purse snatcher. The strap of her purse was yanked violently from her shoulder as the thief bolted away.
Before Aria, or even the two spying on them, could react, Kouhei was already on the move. Without a word, he took off after the snatcher. Despite knowing Aria was far faster than him and could have easily caught the thief, he didn't call out to her. He chose to handle it himself.
Aria, caught off guard, instinctively wanted to chase after the snatcher. But seeing Kouhei already sprinting after him, she turned her attention to the elderly woman now sitting on the ground nursing her scraped knees. Without hesitation, she rushed over to help.
"Are you okay?" Aria asked, her voice gentle but concerned.
"Oh, it's just a scratch," the elderly woman said with a soft smile, as if trying to brush off the situation. Despite being robbed, she still managed to maintain her composure.
"He won't get away," Aria assured her firmly. "You don't have to worry, ma'am. He's going to get caught soon. I promise."
"Oh my, thank you, miss," the woman replied, gratitude clear in her tone.
Aria glanced toward the direction where the snatcher had fled, but they were already out of sight. She clenched her fists, trusting that Kouhei would handle it.

Thanks to his training with Aria, Kouhei was faster and more agile than ever. His balance was impeccable, and his control over his movements was sharp. No matter how much speed he picked up, he could still maneuver without stumbling. The gap between him and the snatcher steadily closed.
Unfortunately, the street was mostly empty, leaving Kouhei without any bystanders to call on for help in stopping the thief. Some people who noticed the chase simply looked on, confused or uninterested, unwilling to get involved. Their hesitation was understandable, but it didn't help Kouhei's situation.
As he chased, however, someone familiar did notice him.
"Okumura-kun…?"
It was Ichinose Hiyori. She had already finished shopping at the mall but had stopped by another bookstore to pick up more volumes of her favorite manga and light novels. She blinked in surprise, watching Kouhei sprint past her.
But Kouhei didn't notice her. His entire focus was locked on the thief.
By then, Kouhei had managed to corner the snatcher in a quiet alleyway.
The man stood panting heavily, glaring at Kouhei with frustration.
"Ugh, seriously? You're really pissing me off!" the snatcher barked. "Why the fuck are you chasing me like this is your problem? Just back off already!"
"The purse… it doesn't belong to you. Give it back," Kouhei said, his voice calm and steady. Despite running all that distance, he wasn't even out of breath. Not a single bead of sweat glistened on his brow.
The snatcher raised the purse, a mocking grin spreading across his face. "Oh, this? You came all the way here for this? Do you really think I'm just going to hand it over? Nah. If you want it, come and fucking take it!"
Kouhei sized the man up carefully. He couldn't tell if the thief was skilled at fighting, but the guy didn't appear to have a weapon, at least not a knife.
As he assessed the situation, Aria's words from their training sessions echoed in his mind.
"Find the opening," she'd told him. "An opening is the weak spot—somewhere easy to strike. If you can hit that opening, you can turn the fight in your favor, even if the odds aren't on your side. And if there's no opening… then make one."

Kouhei locked his gaze on the man, scanning for openings. The thief was practically brimming with them—glaring, obvious vulnerabilities in his stance and movements. Kouhei couldn't tell if the guy was just careless or flat-out stupid, but either way, the openings were there, plain as day. Thanks to Aria's relentless training, Kouhei's instincts had been fine-tuned to detect even the smallest gaps in someone's defenses. And this? This guy might as well have been a walking, talking practice dummy.
If Kouhei wanted to, he could snatch the purse right out of the man's hand in an instant. The challenge wasn't seeing the opening—it was deciding when to act.
By now, a small crowd had started to gather, their curious eyes fixed on the standoff. Among them was Hiyori, who had followed the commotion. She didn't fully understand the situation at first, but the pieces fell into place quickly: Kouhei had chased a snatcher and cornered him, but the thief clearly wasn't going to give up without a fight. Some onlookers were murmuring to each other, hesitant to intervene, while a few had already pulled out their phones, likely calling the police.
"What? You're just going to stand there like a coward?" the snatcher sneered, his voice dripping with mockery. He figured Kouhei might have been fast on his feet, but maybe he wasn't much of a fighter. "Then—!"
The man threw a punch, aiming straight for Kouhei. He thought he'd caught him off guard. He thought wrong.
Kouhei didn't flinch. The moment the fist shot toward him, he sidestepped, letting the punch slice through the air harmlessly. Then, in one fluid motion, he grabbed the man's arm and twisted his body sharply. The snatcher's arm bent at an unnatural angle, eliciting an immediate howl of pain.
"ARGHHHHHH!" the man screamed, his voice cracking as panic set in. Kouhei hadn't applied enough pressure to break the arm, but it was close enough to make the guy feel like his bones were about to snap.
"It's going to break! It's going to fucking break!" the thief shrieked, squirming helplessly. "A-Alright, I give up! You can have it back!"
The man's grip on the purse slackened, and it fell to the ground with a dull thud.
"Now let me go, dammit! Let me go before you break it!"
Kouhei didn't let him go. Instead, he swept his leg under the man's feet, knocking him off balance and sending him crashing to the ground. With swift precision, Kouhei pinned the man's arm behind his back, keeping him immobilized.
"Ahhhh! That fucking hurts!" the thief whined, writhing beneath him.
"We're waiting for the police," Kouhei said firmly, his tone as unyielding as his grip. "You're not going anywhere. I'm handing you over."
The crowd around them erupted into applause, impressed by Kouhei's bravery and quick thinking. It wasn't every day that someone stopped a crime in broad daylight.
But for one person in that crowd, the clapping faded into nothingness, drowned out by the deafening thrum of her own heartbeat.
"Eh…?"
Hiyori pressed a hand to her chest, feeling the rapid, almost frantic pounding beneath her palm. Her cheeks flushed, her breath catching slightly. What was happening to her?
It didn't take long for the realization to hit. Every sign pointed to one undeniable conclusion.
She'd just fallen in love.
