I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess-Chapter 194: Likeable Traits?
"Even when you know the chair is like that, you still rock." Beatrice scolded, releasing her arm around the girl, who rubbed the back of her head sheepishly.
"Hehe... Sorry."
"Oh dear..."
Lillian then stiffened at the voice of the elderly waiter, who had entered the room. He saw the snapped, broken legs and glanced towards the Rabbit, who just avoided his piercing gaze.
The server, Walter, rubbed his chin before sighing, "Must you all break down this little café of mine...?"
Beatrice waved her hand, "You're rich, Walter. I can't see why you can't just fix up this place." She glanced at the old man, who shook his head and rolled her eyes, "Just add it to the bill. I'll pay for it."
Once they finished their little time at the café, paying for it, they left and made their way around the Academy Realm. As they conversed in lovely chatter, Beatrice couldn't help but glance at Lillian's shadow from time to time.
It was then, she asked:
"Hey, Lilly... Are there any particular traits you like about your friend?"
"Hm?" Lillian raised an eyebrow, "Traits? Of who? Marionette?" Seeing the woman nod, Lillian held her chin, pondering.
She couldn't help but feel there was another set of eyes intensely looking upon her figure besides Beatrice, almost like it was urging her to answer.
"Well... I like her blunt honesty. That's something you don't really see much nowadays, I think." She paused, glancing at the Student President.
Beatrice nodded, blinking at her to continue.
"I also like how strong, confident, and wise she is..."
"Wise?"
Lillian nodded strongly, "Sometimes she acts like some kind of philosopher." She then giggled, "Which I find extremely endearing."
"Oh~? You truly do sound like a girl in love, you know, Lillian?"
Lillian waved her hand at the girl, playfully slapping her shoulder at her tease, "Hush. You're the one who wanted to know what I like about her."
"I'm aware~..." Beatrice snickered, "Any more?"
Lillian blinked at her before gently grabbing a handful of her hair and hiding the side of her face with it. "Plenty. But I'm not going to tell you that."
Beatrice hummed, shrugging in an understanding manner, "I do not mind. Only if you are comfortable in sharing. But you really are a tease, you know? Anyone tell you that?"
Lillian smirked, her face twitching a bit.
"I thought you'd be the one to know me best in the Academy, considering we've known each other for so long."
"It has been so long since we last contacted each other." Beatrice shook her head before faking a sad expression, "And you haven't even bothered to call or text me once..."
Lillian gave her a deadpan expression, unable to think of a rebuttal. She moved her hand into the inside of her blazer pocket and fished out her phone. She checked the time, realising that she had only a dozen minutes to spare.
"I should probably get back to classes now..."
Beatrice nodded, "Me too. Honestly, both the Council and Student Work I do is tiring..." She gave a sigh before gave Lillian a cheeky grin, "So make sure to do well in the tournament, so I can justify bringing you in."
Lillian nodded. She then stiffened at a thought. With a curious expression, she asked:
"Remind me... Does Council work take up a lot of time? Like my break, lunch, and such?"
"Unfortunately yes... But you do get given access to more resources." Beatrice shrugged.
Lillian wrapped her fingers under her chin, nodding, "Oh, I see..."
"Uh huh... But the fact, you have to deal with that." Beatrice pointed forward, gesturing towards a scuffle between two male students off in the distance. They seemed to be in some kind of intense disagreement with one another.
Beatrice moved forward, turning her head back to Lillian and waving, "Wanna meet up next week or in a couple of days?"
She watched as Lillian gave a nod and sprinted off towards the students with a flicker of electricity. As soon as she went, Lillian turned a corner, walking through an alleyway.
Just a minor shortcut.
However, she couldn't help but feel the alleyway she was in getting darker and colder. She shivered a bit before feeling herself become wrapped in something. frёeweɓηovel.coɱ
Around her neck, a pair of arms appeared. It had a shadowy aura wrapped around them, which dissipated soon after their appearance. She then shuddered at the feeling of hot air being blown into her ear canal.
"Blunt honesty, hm?"
Lillian glanced to the side, finding Marionette's face hovering just above her ear. She widened her eyes and stutteringly asked:
"H-how long have you been with me?!"
Marionette stared at her silently before shifting her body. Lillian felt herself get pulled along.
The Assassin rested her back against the wall and hugged Lillian against her.
The Rabbit reflectively placed her arm against the wall behind the tall woman, then wondered what the Assassin was up to. She looked up, staring at the raven-haired beauty's face.
Marionette stared down at her, her arms wrapped around the back of Lillian's head. After glancing in both directions, the alleyway led, she asked:
"What else do you like about me, Lilly?"
"H-huh?"
Lillian watched as the woman of taller stature than her tilted her head at an inquisitive angle. Her lips curled into a thin smile at the Assassin's question.
"You're so nosy, Marionette~..."
"Such is one of the traits an Assassin may have, Lillian." Marionette smiled, then asked, "Do you like this trait of me too?"
Lillian smirked, responding in a teasing tone, "Huh~? Desperate to know?" She then raised her finger to the tip of the Assassin's nose, tapping it playfully, "How unfortunate because I'm not going to say~..."
"Is that so? How about that confession? When will we start dating, then? Even your friend said we should do it soon." Marionette asked.
The corner of Lillian's mouth twitched, however, a mischievous idea popped into her mind.
She carelessly moved her hand along the side of Marionette's waist, slipping under her blazer and moving to her hips and stroking it.
Marionette carefully watched as Lillian's hand made its way up her body, but watched as it avoided her chest and moved around the back of her neck. She felt her hand cup the back of her head.
Lillian stood on her toes, moving her face closer to the Assassin, while pushing the woman's head closer towards her.
Marionette widened her eyes as Lillian seemed to lean in for a kiss. Could it be...?
This sudden action caused a stir inside the stoic Assassin, for she hadn't expected this sudden outcome. Her eyes unconsciously darted around, avoiding Lillian's face that approached dangerously close.
She could feel the girl's breath brush against her face. Her nose twitched at the Rabbit's attractive scent. And her fingers behind Lillian's head fidgeted.
Marionette's lips stretched into a thin line before relaxing. Steeling herself, she moved in as well.
