King of Titans and Dragons-Chapter 45 - The King and the God
Chapter 45: Chapter 45: The King and the God
Chapter 45 -45: The King and the God
“This is… Original Blood.” Dragon mother Atreus stared fixedly at the drop of golden blood in the crystal for three breaths before letting out a shocked exclamation.
“Old man, you are genuinely generous!” Dragon Mother couldn’t help but express her astonishment, “Dragon King’s Primordial Blood, with it, Little Muria’s problem will no longer be a problem.”
“Of course.” The Dragon King squinted his eyes with mirth, hearing the astonishment in his daughter’s voice made him somewhat happy.
Muria also fixed his gaze on the crystal right in front of him. A drop of radiant blood burst forth from within. Seeing this drop of blood made his own blood boil; his body was yearning, wanting to merge with this drop of blood.
“Hmm, my grandson seems a bit impatient.” The Dragon King spotted that under the influence of the original blood, golden dragon scales sprouted all over Muria’s body.
With a casual wave of his hand, the gigantic crystal in front of him started to disintegrate, gradually diminishing until revealing a drop of blood that radiated an endless golden light.
The materialized pale golden pressure which was pervading the air instantaneously turned pure gold, intensifying the oppression level. Behind Muria, the Storm Giant, in an unconscious state, let out a painful groan under this pressure, while blood seeped out from his mouth and nose in slender threads.
Fortunately, the moment the Dragon King’s Primordial Blood appeared, Dimos gently pushed it, transforming it into a golden rainbow that directly entered Muria’s body. The substantial pressure that filled the air instantly vanished.
And Muria, watching the Dragon King’s Primordial Blood that his body instinctively yearned for enter directly into his chest, could hardly contain his joy.
“Humph!” But very soon, Muria could not laugh. The original blood that had entered his body was like a sun, radiating what seemed like an endless heat.
The scorching Primordial Power of the Dragon King gradually released from the original blood, filling Muria’s body, making him feel a sense of being about to burst; he felt as though his body was about to be blown apart by a single drop of original blood.
But soon, another force within his body got stimulated by the gradually increasing Dragon Bloodline, and started to fully resurrect. In a trance, Muria seemed to see countless hurricanes and golden thunderbolts filling the gaps between the hurricanes.
A powerful and domineering force surfaced in Muria. It was the Titan Bloodline’s power. It was in conflict with the source of the Dragon King’s power within Muria’s body.
At first, the Titan’s power was at a disadvantage, but gradually, as Muria’s Titan Bloodline fully awakened, it exhibited qualities similar to the Dragon King’s Primordial Power, refusing to back down or be defeated.
The Dragon King’s original force is only derived from a drop of blood and aims to strengthen Muria’s bloodline, it is not meant to destroy his body. The Titan Bloodline, however, originates from Muria’s entire body and serves to protect him.
The strength of the Titan and the Dragon didn’t directly clash within Muria’s body, instead they engaged in a healthy competition. But Muria wasn’t aware of all this. When he felt the bloating sensation in his body, a strong sleepiness also surged up.
Muria went directly into his impending sleep after the effects of the Dragon King’s Primordial Blood. Under the watchful eyes of his mother and grandfather, he did not resist and fell into deep sleep.
In the Five-Color Dragon Castle, Dragon mother Atreus was initially sitting on Muria’s shoulder. But when Muria integrated the Dragon King’s Primordial Blood, a gentle repelling force generated from Muria’s shoulder. Dragon Mother didn’t resist, she let the natural force from Muria’s body push her into the air next to him.
“Huh!” When the Dragon mother Atreus, standing in the air, looked at her offspring, she couldn’t help letting out a soft sound of surprise because countless golden light particles naturally overflowed from Muria and then stopped after reaching a certain distance.
In no more than five minutes, a cocoon flickering with a faint golden light appeared on the platform of the Five-Color Dragon Castle. Muria’s figure disappeared, leaving no trace.

“Old man, what’s going on?” Dragon Mother looked at Dragon King Dimos, her eyes ominously cold, and on her body, the golden Dragon Flames burst out, “I’ve never seen a dragon look like this when entering the sleep period.”
“Even though you haven’t seen it before, I have.” Dimos looked satisfied at Muria, who had directly turned into a giant cocoon, dismissing his daughter who was about to fight him. Most legendary attacks could hardly hurt him anymore.
“Why did this happen?”
“My grandson is about to undergo a transformative metamorphosis. When he reappears, his strength may not have increased much, but his potential will surely be much stronger.”
“Really?” Dragon mother Atreus looked at her father with suspicious eyes. She was still somewhat incredulous- no dragon looks like this when entering the sleep period.
“You’re far too worried about your son. I am his grandfather, his Dragon Bloodline is directly inherited from me, he fused with my Original Blood, how could he possibly be in danger?”
“True that!” Dragon mother Atreus inspected the cocoon, standing tall at fifteen meters, feeling the aura within it gradually and steadily intensifying, and felt assured.
Then Dragon mother Atreus’s eyes began to emit an increasingly radiant golden light, she looked at Dimos: “Hehe, dad, as a granddaughter, you gave him a drop of original blood. As your own daughter, aren’t you going to give me a few drops?””Go away.” Dimos glanced at his shameless daughter who was planning to rob him, “You know how precious the Original Blood is to a Dragon King. If I give away too much, I’ll fall from my current realm. So, you get nothing.”
“Hmph, stingy.” Hearing Dimos’ words, the glint in the Golden Dragon Mother’s eyes dimmed instantaneously. She pouted and grumbled under her breath.
“Stingy?” The Dragon King, who took the form of a young, heroic man, looked at his daughter in disbelief. “How much have you stolen from my treasury since you were little? And I’ve never asked you to return anything.”
“Haha!” The Golden Dragon Mother turned her head away, chuckling. Her father’s treasury was a major source of her wealth before becoming a Legend, and even now, it’s one of her major sources of income.
“Speaking of which, you emptied my entire collection of books when you became a Legend, claiming that you were borrowing them to copy. When will you finish copying them so you can return my books?”
“Dad, you have so many books. To copy all of them takes a lot of time, so I guess it’ll be a while before I can return them to you. Besides, you don’t really need them, so leaving them with me won’t do any harm.”
Dragon mother Atreus’s big eyes wandered around, not looking like a Legendary Mage at all. At this moment, she was like a naive and romantic girl acting spoiled towards her father.
“Huh!” When Dimos listened to his daughter’s excuse, he was filled with dismay. He had heard similar excuses from Atreus tons of times before. Each time, he ended up losing some of his possessions permanently. This time, he realized, his collection of books that he had gathered for hundreds of years were gone for good.
“Really, you can’t give me a few drops of the Original Blood?” The Golden Dragon Mother Atreus asked her father unwillingly.
“No.” Dimos categorically refused without any hesitation. “You’re already a Legend. A few drops of Original Blood won’t make much of a difference to you. It’s impossible for them to make you a Dragon King.”
“Even if it can’t improve my strength, it would be good for research.” The Golden Dragon Mother Atreus argued, behaving as a Legendary Mage should.
“I can’t give you any now; wait till I get stronger, then I might be able to spare a few drops for you to play with.” Dimos said thoughtfully. If these words spread out, they would be enough to shock most of the deities.
“No need, by the time you continue, I might as well ascend to be a Dragon King myself.” The Golden Dragon Mother waved dismissively. She liked to habitually ask her father for things, yet she wouldn’t have him fall from his realm for the sake of the Original Blood, the foundation of a Dragon King.
“Becoming a Dragon King isn’t as easy as you think.” Dimos warned his daughter upon hearing her remark. While he knew his daughter was talented and proud, becoming a Dragon King was beyond just talent.
“By the way, right after I became a Dragon King, I went to the first layer of Barto Hell and wandered around the entrance of Tiamat’s Divine Kingdom.” Dimos seemed to have just remembered something and casually mentioned it to the Golden Dragon Mother.
The Golden Dragon Mother Atreus snorted. She immediately detected the hint of boasting in her father’s tone. Despite knowing that he was bragging, curiosity got the best of her. This was about Tiamat, the Five-Headed Dragon Empress and the Dragon God.
“Then what? You’ve reached Tiamat’s Divine Kingdom and you didn’t take a look inside?”
“Don’t be ridiculous.” Dimos could clearly tell his daughter was being sarcastic. “Tiamat was a Dragon King before she became a deity, and with her divine status and centuries of accumulation, she is not a deity that even Powerful Divine Forces would dare to provoke. I just became a Dragon King, wouldn’t moving into her Divine Kingdom be the same as courting death?”
“Then why did you go and hang out close to her Divine Kingdom? If she had happened to bump into you, what would have been your fate? Haha, you’d probably end up as her first concubine.”
“Don’t talk nonsense.” Dimos glared at the Golden Dragon Mother, “Even if I can’t defeat Tiamat, I can certainly escape her. Once back in Elasia, even she can’t touch me.”
“A deity’s true form can’t enter Elasia. Dad, you dared to hang around the doorstep of Tiamat’s Divine Kingdom using this rule as your secret protection. This is downright shameless!”
“These are the rules of the world, and the divine restraint. How is this despicable? Tiamat gave up her identity as the Dragon King to become the Dragon God in pursuit of greater power; she has to accept these constraints. If she were still a Dragon King, I would have kept as far away from her as possible, definitely not provoke her.”
“Humph, after all this talk, Dad, you must have done something at the entrance of Tiamat’s Divine Kingdom. Given your personality, I don’t believe you were just sightseeing.”
“I didn’t do anything, just killed a few nosy creatures, that’s all.” Dimos felt a bit guilty as he avoided the scrutinizing eyes of the Golden Dragon Mother.
“Nosy creatures?” Golden Dragon mother placed one hand on her chest, while the other stroked her chin, “You wouldn’t hurt those trashy offspring of the evil dragons. Let’s cut to the chase, they were Ancient Dragons, right!”
The Golden Dragon Mother continued with certainty, “Only Ancient Dragons at Legendary Level could make you lose your temper. Ancient dragons from Tiamat’s Kingdom are usually her lovers. So, Dad, how many concubines of the Dragon Mother did you kill?”
“Not many, just three or four… I think?” Dimos wasn’t exactly sure how many Ancient Dragons he had killed with one swipe of his claws. He had fled after attacking and didn’t look back.
