Magus Bloodlines.-Chapter 38. Finaly, the First Time.
Chapter 38 - 38. Finaly, the First Time.
Jackson stepped forward with his hands out harmlessly as he approached Gavin. "Woah there bro, you're talking about absolute hunt and warfare," he said quietly in shock as he registered Gavin's words.
Gavin nodded solemnly as he turned to look at Jackson. "You're right, I am," Gavin said in agreement as he looked at Jackson. "These people have mucked up my life from the day I was born, and are still mucking it up." Gavin said as he looked around the room. "Right now I plan on annihilating these fanatics. They believe that shifters are beneath them?" Gavin asked out loud quietly as his resolve was setting. "Then I plan on showing them exactly how wrong they are, by ripping out their hearts from their chest," he said in a brutal fashion. He was done playing these games with these extremists. They would learn once and for all, that shifters reign supreme.
Jackson shook his head at Gavin's words. "That's all well and good talk there, buddy. But you don't have any information or leads on their locations now, do you?" Jackson said. Someone had to be the voice of reason among these shifters. It might as well be him. Erza seemed to just go along to keep Gavin safe. Helena seemed to obey Gavin as the alpha wolf shifter. That must be an animal thing. Jackson, as the only normal human in the room, had to bring this conversation down to a sensible level.
"Listen, as the only normal human in the room, let me say you guys are genuinely scary when you get angry and worked up," Jackson said as he looked at all three of them.
Helena looked offended for a moment and spoke up, "You know Gavin, he does have a point. Compared to normal humans, we have increased mana flow, speed, strength, etc..." She said softly as she glanced at Jackson.
Gavin gritted his teeth. Of course, they would try talking some sense into him. But he had considered his actions and his options. "I'm well aware of that. But to go after another group out of fear or hatred is just asinine. We are in the year twenty-five forty-four. That kind of blatant racism should have ended centuries ago. But the point is, they had to have left some kind of clue or information behind when they left in such a hurry," Gavin said with a sigh as he sat back down on the couch.
"Look, I'm not saying I want to go off right this minute and hunt them down without doing the research and making plans. I'm not that reckless and stupid," he said as he caught the look that Erza shot his way. He cut her off before she could say anything. "Usually I'm not that stupid," he corrected himself as she chuckled softly.
"For the time being, I plan on just going through classes like normal. Grow in strength as much as I can, as fast as I can. If anything surfaces about any locations, or targets, or anything about this group. I will reach out to everyone here first before I go off the walls," he said as he tried to find a compromise with his people. He knew he couldn't do this without them.
Erza sighed as she thought for a moment. "Fine. I guess that is about as good a promise as we are going to get from you about this, isn't it?" she asked him quietly.
Gavin grinned as he turned his attention to Jackson and Helena. "Come on, bro. You know I can't do this kind of thing alone," he said, as he was hoping that Jackson would agree to work with him and help when the time came.
Jackson let out a curse and ran his fingers through his short hair. "Alright fine, you insane wolf boy. If you come to us first, don't just go off the deep end hunting. Then I suppose me and Helena can help you," he said quietly. He was beyond agitated. He didn't want to get involved in some holy crusade type of witch hunt. But Gavin would need help and allies if he were to hunt this army group down and put them six feet under.

Gavin jumped up grinning as he walked over and wrapped his arms around Jackson in a brotherly embrace. "I knew I could count on you man," Gavin said as he sat Jackson down on his feet and grinned at Helena. "You in too shorty?" he asked her.
She grinned a fanged-toothed grin as she looked at Gavin. "Yeah so long as you don't get us killed, it sounds like fun," she said. It sounded like a farfetched adventure. How often does someone go on a mass hunt for one of the largest extremist groups in the world and ask you to join in the hunt to kill a bunch of bad guys? She thought to herself as she grinned and gave Gavin a fist bump.
"Then, we all need to put as much work and effort into our training as we can. We have to grow as powerfully as possible if we are to hunt this group down and eradicate the vermin once and for all. I'm sure when ready that Principal Shepard will have some information available for us to access when the time comes," Gavin said as he walked into the kitchen and grabbed a drink from their fridge.
Erza sighed as she headed towards their bedroom. Gavin called out to her,"What are you doing now?"
She looked back over her shoulder at Gavin and said "Changing. It's Saturday. So we have about thirty-six hours of hard core training to get through." Groans could be heard from Helena and Jackson at the thought of putting in effort and work on the weekend. But, they knew she was right. If they were going to be serious about this, then they needed to start now instead of putting it off until a later time.
Gavin nodded as he went into their bedroom and shut the door behind him. Erza turned around as she held a clean shirt in her hand. "Are you absolutely sure that you want to go this route, after the panic attack you had the other day," Erza asked him quietly, away from the ears of the others. She had seen just how badly that panic attack had rattled Gavin, and what she had to do to snap him out of it.
Gavin blushed slightly as he walked over and sat at the edge of the bed. "Heck no, I'm not sure of anything. I just know I keep running into these guys, and I'm sick and tired of it. Of course, I don't want to kill anyone or anything. But I feel like that's the only way this kind of thing will be settled," Gavin said softly as his hand was visibly shaking from the memories of the battle.
He closed his hand and tried to steady his nerves. The last thing he ever wanted was another battle like that. But he knew in his heart that it was only a matter of time until something like that happened again. "I have to get stronger to protect you, my parents, everyone," Gavin said softly as he looked up to Erza's amber eyes. He could see the concern and love for him deep in those depths. He reached out a hand, and she grabbed his as he pulled her to him. She stood in front of him between his legs as he rested his head against her bare stomach.
Erza sucked her breath in at the sudden tender gesture from him. She wasn't expecting him to appear so vulnerable and lost at that moment. It seemed all he wanted was just a few moments to hold her and feel her next to him. "It's alright, baby. We will get through this like everything in life, together," Erza said quietly as she ran her fingers through his long curls. She held him close to her stomach like that for a few minutes before he pulled away.
He nodded as he stood up and reached for his dresser drawer to pull out a clean set of clothes. "You're right. So long as we are together, there isn't anything we can't beat down and strangle," he said softly as he smiled towards her. "I love you," he said softly as he looked her way.
Erza smiled warmly as she replied,"I love you too, my idiot wolf boy." She had to get that dig in to him. She thought he was being so beyond stupid right now. But, she would be there to support and catch him should he fall. She would make sure that nothing happened to him as he trained and fought the battles to come. Together they would do this.
A few minutes after they each got dressed, they heard a bed creaking from Jackson's room. The steady rhythm told them both exactly what was going on. Erza sighed in frustration as she sat on his bed. "Well, it looks like training just got delayed," she said with a slight laugh in irritation.
Gavin grinned as he sat next to her and nudged her shoulder with his. "Well, if you can't beat them, join them" he said with a grin as he crashed his lips onto Erza's. Erza sighed in happiness as she wrapped her arms around Gavin. She pulled him down on top of her as she laid back on the bed. Finally, they would have their time together. She felt sorry for anything that disturbed him. She wouldn't have any mercy for the poor soul.
Gavin growled softly as Erza returned the kiss. He reached up to slide his hand under her shirt. Excitement filled him along with desire and lust as he finally imagined having his first time with her, uninterrupted, unlike the hospital. He would personally kill anyone that dared to interrupt their time right now. The only thing that mattered at that moment was the woman in his arms, and Gavin was going to make sure she didn't regret a thing.
