Mated to Four Alphas-Chapter 204: black magic
Chapter 204: black magic
Silas’s POV
I was putting a wet towel on Theron’s forehead again and again, because in a few seconds that wet towel was getting dry. That’s why I needed to change it again and again.
When time passed, I didn’t even realize it, and just then, a bodyguard came inside with a guy. That guy was wearing normal clothes, like us, and he had white hair. And his eyes were also grey.
I think he is the healer. I don’t know how a healer looks like, but the bodyguard brought him. I’m sure that he is. And just then, Theron’s mother and father—they both stood up along with Damon.
"You are here."
Theron’s mother said, and that healer also came inside.
"My Lord, now tell me what happened. You didn’t even tell me. You just said it was an emergency, that’s why I rushed here, leaving everything aside." That healer asked.
Wait, Theron’s father didn’t even say anything about his condition to the healer? I thought he did explain everything.
That was why the healer came this soon, but he didn’t say anything—just said it was an emergency. Why is this family like this?
Damon is also like this. He used to sent me on Stargram only one dot. Nothing more than that. And now his father, who just said it was an emergency.
If I see, the whole family is weird.
"Theron is lying over there. His condition is getting worse. Heal him fast." Theron’s father gave an order to that healer.
That healer couldn’t say anything and just stepped forward and came toward us. As he came, he looked at me—because on my knees, Theron’s head was lying down and he was sleeping.
He glanced at Theron, then glanced at me. Then glanced at Velric, who was sleeping beside me.
"Pardon me," he said, getting on his knees and grabbing Theron’s hand, and after that he closed his eyes. As he closed them, I thought that now he would heal him.
And in a few seconds, he opened his eyes again. And touched Theron’s throat. He glanced around and even took out something like a crystal.
It was a blue crystal that looked like the ocean. He put that crystal on Theron’s forehead. As soon as he did that, the blue crystal turned black.
Everyone was shocked after seeing that. I couldn’t understand what was happening, but seeing Theron’s mother and father’s reaction, I think they had a hunch about what the crystal changing color meant.
My eyes were on the healer because, as the crystal turned black, he put it back into his bag and stood up. And turned toward the King and the Queen.
"My lord and my lady, forgive me, but I can’t heal His Highness."
As he said that, everyone’s face became pale and Theron’s father looked extremely angry, like he would hit that healer right at this moment.
"Kara, what do you mean by you can’t heal Theron?" his father asked.
I thought he would hit him, but he asked calmly. And as he asked, that healer turned and glanced back at Theron. And also at me too, then again looked ahead.
"His Highness is not injured like usual, like I could heal him. It’s not something ordinary, my lord."
"What do you mean, Kara?"
"I’m sure it’s Black Magic. And it’s no ordinary Black Magic. It’s high-level Black Magic."
"BLACK MAGIC!" Theron’s mother shouted.
What? Black Magic on Theron? No, wait, Damon said it was Black Magic on Velric. So when Theron healed him, did that magic get transferred to him?
And now he’s having the same symptoms because that Black Magic is on Theron now? freewёbn૦νeɭ.com
"I’m certain, my lord. It’s Black Magic. Because I tried to heal, but that evil aura—I mean black aura—wasn’t letting me heal him. And my powers are not that much that I can fight against Black Magic. The only one who can heal His Highness right now is the saint or saintess, from the Temple."
"Only Temple people have the divine powers that let them fight against evil aura and evil things, so healing His Highness would be a piece of cake for them."
So, Theron can be healed, but only by Temple people. Hearing that, I sighed in relief—like, yes, it’s nice. But then I remembered that the Bloodfang Pack is not on good terms with the Temple.
Because when I first came here, I saw the fight between Temple people and Damon and Kael. Temple people had come here to kill them. So I don’t think they would ask for help from the Temple.
And what if this is something done by the Temple people? Because Van is one of them. And after getting in contact with him, Velric fell sick. So I can’t stop myself from doubting Van.
"You know that we can’t ask for any help from those rats who are from the Temple," Theron’s father said. His voice was cold as ice—it made me flinch.
"You are the healer of our pack. Is this why we keep you with us? So that you can tell us to ask for help from the enemy?"
"My lord, till now in my whole life, I’ve never seen this much darkest dark Black Magic. And I’m also worried about His Highness. His condition is getting worse second by second. Please. If it’s like that, then I will go to the Temple to ask for help."
"No. You must find the way to heal him. We are not gonna ask for help from those Temple people."
Why is Theron’s father being so stubborn? If we think about our enmity now, then Theron’s life is getting in danger second by second, as the healer said.
And just then, Theron’s mother stepped forward.
"I don’t know anything—who you ask help from—but heal my son right now. I don’t care even if they are people from the Temple who come to heal my son. Just call them here," she said with worried face.
