After gaining the courage that Tilly needed, she opened her eyes and looked at Kiho in the eyes while telling him everything that she had seen.

Yumi giving birth to a daughter.

Father Crades and the nobles eating the poor child.

Yumi getting assaulted again and again until she gave birth to two more children.

"Your mother is currently in a comatose state, but she’s pregnant again," Tilly said in a cracked voice. "I don’t know what that damned priest is up to because I couldn’t leave this room no matter how much I tried. In this place, at least three years have already passed..."

She trailed off when she saw the look on her husband’s face.

Kiho was livid.

That expression gave Tilly the chills.

She almost felt scared of her husband even though she knew that he would never hurt her.

But, in the end, that fear quickly disappeared.

Fat tears rolled down Kiho’s cheeks in silence.

The anger that Tilly saw earlier had been overwhelmed by sadness and pain.

Seeing her husband cry made her cry again.

"Yumi was a Moon Priestess," Kiho said in a quiet and broken voice, his tears still rolling down his face. "Even if Kyro wasn’t here, the other gods should have protected Yumi. Especially since they were the ones who sent Kyro to kill the Devil."

"They did?"

"I was brought to the ’scenario’ where Kyro received the order to kill the Devil, and I also saw their fight."

Ah, so that was why they were separated.

THE DEVIL’S shrine.

There was a shrine for the Devil just below the temple of the Moon Priestess.

To say that Kiho was enraged would be an understatement.

And now he finally realized why the Sun God looked at Kyro the way he did before sending the Moon God to Hell.

The major gods all decided to sacrifice Kyro and Yumi for the ’greater good.’
