My Celestial Ascension-Chapter 719: Upcoming Danger
"So, Aisha, what are you doing here? Is there something you want to tell us?" Anna Grace asked, her expression cold as she tried to hide her lingering embarrassment.
"Why are you being so mean to me, Big Sister? Can't I come just to see you and my handsome nephew?" Aisha replied with a playful pout, clearly annoyed by Anna Grace's attitude.
"I know why you're here. Don't bother hiding it—I'm sure you came to seduce my darling… and I'm absolutely certain of it." Anna Grace's eyes narrowed dangerously as she glared at her sister.
Hearing this, Aisha gave a sly smile before standing from the sofa and confidently walking over to Yuan. With a bold look in her eyes, she sat on his lap, wrapped her arms around his neck, and locked eyes with him.
Without hesitation, she leaned in and pressed her lips against his, kissing him deeply with a seductive grin.
Emma and the others chuckled softly at the scene, while Anna Grace simply sighed, resigning herself to the situation. Yuan didn't resist—he welcomed Aisha's kiss, his hands naturally resting on her waist.
'I anticipated this would happen… I can't be mad about it. As long as my darling is happy, that's what matters most,' Anna Grace thought, watching them with a soft, accepting smile.
A few moments later, Yuan gently hugged Aisha and smiled at her. "So, Aunt… What's the real reason you came to find us?"
Aisha kissed him on the cheek, then said, "I'm here to inform you that we'll be leaving for my clan in four days. I expect everyone to be ready by then."
She added with a concerned smile, "You should also prepare enough supplies. The trip won't be easy—winter's harsh, and we might get stuck if a snowstorm hits during our journey."
She continued, "Aside from that, we may encounter snow monsters. They're difficult to detect because they blend perfectly into the snow. Spotting them ahead of time won't be easy."
"That won't be a problem for us," Yuan replied calmly, smiling at her. "The snowstorm will be the real issue. But even that, we can avoid if needed. Still, for your sake, we'll stay close and protect you."
Aisha looked at Yuan for a few seconds after hearing his words, appearing slightly confused. However, she chose not to press the topic and let it slide for now.
After chatting briefly with Yuan and the others, Aisha eventually bid them farewell and left the mansion—with a satisfied grin on her face, as if she had just won a war.
The moment she returned to her villa, Jones immediately noticed the radiant look she wore and couldn't help but smile slightly.

'She looks really pleased about something… and excited, too. Did something good happen while she was there?' Jones wondered, observing her closely.
"Lady Aisha, did you inform them about our departure date? Will they be coming with us?" he asked curiously.
"I did, and yes, they'll be coming with us back to the clan," Aisha replied with a nod. Her expression darkened as she added, "I just hope that idiotic father of mine doesn't cause a scene when he sees Big Sister Anna Grace again."
"I see… Madam will surely be thrilled to see Lady Anna Grace and her children again," Jones murmured with a gentle, distant smile.
Then, with a reassuring tone, he added, "But you don't need to worry, Lady Aisha. I believe Lady Anna Grace and the others are more than capable of handling the Clan Head. And I doubt Young Master Yuan would remain silent if anything were to happen to her."
"You're absolutely right, Uncle Jones," Aisha replied, nodding. "They're far stronger than we could have imagined. That man couldn't even lay a finger on my sister now. And if he tries… well, I wouldn't even want to imagine what would happen next."
Her lips curled into a wicked grin, sending a shiver down Jones's spine.
'Just what in the world is Lady Aisha plotting? he thought, watching her with uneasy eyes. I'm getting goosebumps just looking at that smile…'

Meanwhile, at the Imperial Palace of the Lionheart Empire, the Imperial Family sat in the living area, a heavy silence hanging in the air like a storm about to break. Each of them wore a grim expression, their faces marked by worry and anger. Not a single word was spoken. Even the maids stood motionless, afraid that uttering a sound might cost them their lives. At the center of the room, on the ornate table before them, lay a single piece of paper—the cause of the suffocating silence.
"It's hard to believe the Holy Church would go so far as to send Archbishop Gregor and the summoned Heroes from another world to rescue that idiot… It's almost unimaginable," Crown Prince Daniel muttered under his breath. He sighed and leaned back into the sofa, his eyes fixed on the palace ceiling.
"A bunch of hypocrites," Emperor Philip growled, his voice dripping with venom. "Trying to save their skin by protecting their so-called Holy Son. They're terrified we'll expose their filthy secrets to the world and shatter their reputation."
His anger rising, he slammed his fist on the armrest and continued, "Do those fools truly believe we'll cower before them just because they sent a few summoned Heroes? They have no idea who they're dealing with!"
"Let's see how capable their precious heroes really are," Empress Selena added, her eyes narrowing with resolve. "We won't bow our heads without a fight."
She glanced up at the ceiling and let out a long, weary sigh, concern flickering in her eyes.
'The Heroes, huh?' she thought silently. 'They're just innocent people, stolen from their world against their will. Whether they accept it or not, they're being used—manipulated by the Holy Church. What a cruel fate…'
Empress Selena's heart grew heavier as she considered the approaching threat. The Archbishop and the Heroes were already on their way to the Imperial City, and their intentions were far from noble.
According to the old legends, Heroes were beings of extraordinary potential, capable of growth beyond imagination. Each was granted divine blessings and authority by the gods themselves.
It was said their divine authority could bring forth natural disasters—power so overwhelming, it could evaporate a mountain in the blink of an eye.
The mere thought of such power made Selena's concern deepen. Dealing with the Heroes would not be simple. And to make matters worse, Archbishop Gregor accompanied them—a man whose very name inspired fear.
A person of his caliber would be extremely difficult to deal with—perhaps even more so than the so-called heroes. After all, he didn't become the Archbishop of the Holy Church through mere luck. He was a master of light magic, a mage so powerful his spells could pierce through mountains and effortlessly cut through magically reinforced metal. Such overwhelming magic was already problematic, but combined with the presence of the summoned heroes, the situation had become significantly more dangerous.
"This is going to be quite the headache…" Emperor Philip muttered under his breath, casting a strange, contemplative look at his wives and children.
He then turned his attention to Selena. "Should we inform Big Sister Valeria about the situation? If I remember correctly, the Princess of the Light Empire is with them."
Selena nodded slowly. "Now that you mention it, you're right. She was indeed with them. We should warn them about the threat. I have a feeling Yuan will handle this calmly, but he should still be made aware."
With a soft sigh, Selena rose from the sofa and added, "I'll go inform them personally. It's better that way. After all, we don't want to end up on Yuan's bad side, do we?"
"Do as you like," Emperor Philip said, his tone serious. "But be careful. I wouldn't be surprised if the Holy Church already planted spies in the Imperial City. It's better to be safe than sorry."
Shortly after, Empress Selena departed for Valeria's mansion, accompanied by a few trusted and capable Imperial Knights. The city was still in chaos, and anger toward the Holy Church remained high due to their unauthorized actions.
Meanwhile, Yuan and his wives had just finished a delightful meal, prepared by some of the finest chefs in the Imperial City.
Miss Zara, Little Zoe, and Princess Livia were also present at the table. Both Miss Zara and Little Zoe had made significant progress in their cultivation—Miss Zara had reached the eighth level of the Spirit Master Realm, while Little Zoe had advanced to the sixth level.
Princess Livia, however, looked troubled. Her heart was heavy with concern for her family in the Holy Light Empire. She could only hope that her parents and siblings remained unharmed and untouched by the Church's growing madness.
A few moments later, as the group relaxed in the mansion's living area, Empress Selena suddenly appeared before them, her face urgent and troubled. The shift in the atmosphere was immediate—everyone understood something serious had happened in the city.
"Selena? What brings you here? And what's with that look on your face?" Valeria asked, raising an eyebrow, though her smile remained warm and pleasant.
