My Werewolf System-Chapter 1311: The Next Evolution
The fight was intensifying between Lupus and Edvard. Now having the armor Edvard was just as strong just as relentless but he also had his blood Aura to help him with the strength and versatility of his attacks.
The two had attacked each other non stop swirling energies around from their attacks that they ended up fighting in mid air. The power from their blows, the aura from each of their attacks keeping them up and in the air.
As Edvard rushed forward the blood aura swirled around his fist and the armor glowed bright. Another intense blow was ready to aim from Lupus, until he swung his head back and let out a mighty howl.
The white energy hurled out in a vortex shape and blew all of the red aura away. Then Lupus held both hands holding onto the fist taking in the attack. Even with the blood aura vanishing the blow was not something that Lupus could stop with a single hand.
As he held onto Edvard's arm he swung his body, and chucked it off into the distance. Not far away from the large buildings of the city, there was a mountain top, and Edvard's body crashed right into it.
From the distance, Lupus was it he started to swing his arms and giant claw strikes, filled the sky.
Lupus was pushing himself further than he ever usually did, and was using all of the traits of his class.
'This fight…this fight…these damn vampires…these damn vampires, need to leave this city alone!' Lupus screamed internally, as the fur on the back of his head started to grow longer and thicker.
Watching it all from the rooftops there was another individual, a large figure in the Pack and Lupus group who had just been observing everything from afar, and he was known to be Lupus's right hand man, Garlark.
Garlark was one of the most important members of the Pack, and the whole society of Werewolves. Their role was never to fight, and even if another Alpha appeared they were also ones that weren't meant to take sides.
Those like Garlack had Werewolves under them that they passed their teachings to. Since Werewolves didn't live long lives, and were a secret in the world, all of the important information was kept with them.
About the Werewolves rituals, the past, the fate of the Alphas, the power of a Luna, all of it was kept to him, the bookkeeper of the Werewolves.
The bookkeeper Garlark would also have one disciple one individual who they passed all the information to in order for the important role to continue to exist. It was thought that without them, the Werewolves would have been eliminated a long time ago.
With no one to pass on the strength that the Werewolves had learned from their mistakes. Right now as Garlark looked at Midwak changing, along with his swirling energy he knew he was using the last of his strength.
'Over the years of observing Werewolves we have come that they are able to grow stronger toward a particular set of groups.' Garlark thought. 'And within those groups we have placed them into classes. Each class has seen that it is available to evolve, but only once.' freewёbnoνel.com
An example of what Garark was thinking of was the warrior Class, evolving into the Night Warrior or Paladin Class. A werewolf could only move up one.
'However, throughout time we have seen one difference, the Alpha is always able to evolve their class beyond.'
This was true for Gary's case evolving his Shadow warrior class to Abyssal Warlord.
'For Lupus, he was a hunter class Werewolf, and he managed to evolve his hunter class to what it is now, the Predaclaw Ascendant…I haven't seen it for myself, but I've heard when combined with the Luna, the form that takes shape is different depending on what class the Alpha is.'
Lupus jumped on top of rooftops and then leapt from one building right into the mountain right where Edvard was. When he crashed into it, Lupus spun his whole body and a tornado of scratches appeared flinging out in every direction.
The claws destroyed all of the tree's, all of the ground near them, and had made it so Edvard's body was flung into the air. Lupsu then jumped after Edvard and his nails extended as he thrust them forward.
Before they reached Edvard though he had grabbed onto the claws with his bare hands.
"One of the biggest pains of you Werewolves if your attack's cause quite the permanent damage to us, but, it's not the same with this Armour!" Edvard shouted as he kicked Lupus with both of his legs sending him crashing back into the mountain top.
With both arms filled with Aura, Edvard started to throw them through the air, and red aura fists were meeting all heading towards Lupus. They were crashing into the hillside constantly.
When Edvard finally stopped, he created a blood platform right where his leg was, and kicked pushing himself to head right where Lupus was.
After watching he fight from the side for a while, Garlark was deeply concerned.
"The vampires, have finally sent someone to deal with us once and for all." Garlark thought. "Maybe the past Alphas were right. We had gained too much attention with our growth, we should have stayed content with what we have.
"If Lupus loses this…will they go after the young boy next? Or will they truly allow him to keep going as he has been doing. I thought Lupus had grown strong enough, but this armor was a trick they had up their sleeve…"
There was still one thing that Garlark could hope out for as he looked at the bright moon.
"Ylva, where are you?"
