Lucifer tossed a Devil Fruit to Weibull — it was Kaido's Azure Dragon Fruit.

"Yes, Captain," Weibull replied obediently before swallowing the fruit in one gulp.

"How do you feel?" Lucifer asked.

"It's tough, Captain Lucifer," Weibull said with a scrunched-up face.

Lucifer rolled his eyes. "I didn't ask about the taste. Do you feel the power?"

"I do," Weibull nodded and began transforming.

His hands grew thicker and became covered in shimmering scales, while his head elongated into that of a dragon. His upper body extended infinitely, becoming a serpent-like dragon's torso. With a swift kick of his feet, they morphed into a mighty dragon's tail.

ROAR!!!

A deafening roar resounded in all directions as Weibull ascended into the sky, piercing through the clouds.

"Azure Dragon Fruit... truly magnificent!" someone in the crowd exclaimed.

"Yes, yes! With Captain Weibull gaining this power, he's even more terrifying!" another pirate added.

"Don't get too jealous," a third pirate retorted. "Only the high-ranking cadres could ever receive a fruit like the Azure Dragon's. It's impossible for us."

"It's already a blessing to get something like a Spider Fruit!" someone else remarked.

Countless pirates stared in awe at the massive azure dragon soaring through the sky, their eyes filled with envy and longing. The Mythical Zoan Azure Dragon Fruit was revered as one of the most powerful Devil Fruits in the world — a treasure everyone coveted.

"Good." Lucifer smirked as he watched the dragon ascend. He was clearly pleased.

At last, he had his own personal mount.

Lucifer turned to the crowd of pirates and began giving orders. "Ryder, Enel, you'll stay behind to guard the base camp.

"Shiryu, Katakuri, Valdo, I want you to lead the men to seize territory and expand our power.

"As for me... I'll be heading out for a while."

"Understood!" they all replied in unison.

With a swift motion, Lucifer leaped into the air and landed on the dragon's head.

"Let's go, Weibull."

"Yes, Captain Lucifer!" Weibull's massive dragon form surged into the sky, cutting through the clouds with incredible speed before vanishing into the horizon.

New World: The Kingdom of Giants, Elbaf

Elbaf truly lived up to its reputation as a land of giants. Everything here was colossal — the trees were as thick as towers, and even the smallest objects dwarfed those found in the outside world.

Lucifer had already obtained three of the four Road Poneglyphs. He was just one step away from discovering the exact location of Raftel.

However, the whereabouts of the final Road Poneglyph remained a mystery.

Lucifer had several theories, and the Kingdom of Giants, Elbaf, seemed the most likely place to start his search. If it wasn't here, he'd move on to Plan B: the remnants of Gol D. Roger's crew.

The Kingdom of Elbaf was dotted with giant villages. Although its inhabitants revered strength above all else, the country's internal atmosphere was surprisingly harmonious. Unlike the poverty and oppression that plagued much of the outside world, the strong giants of Elbaf never bullied the weak.

In one such village, a group of giant children were playing together when one of them suddenly shouted, "Look at the sky! What is that?"

The other children looked up, their jaws dropping in shock.

"Whoa!!!"

"That's... that's a dragon!" one of them exclaimed.

"It looks so cool!" another child said, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

Dragons were legendary creatures, and the sight of one had sent the children into a frenzy.

"But dragons are supposed to be myths! How is this possible?" one of the children asked, his voice trembling.

"That's definitely a dragon! Look! It's flying right toward us!"

As the dragon descended, its colossal form grew larger and larger, filling the sky with an oppressive presence.

The once-excited children now began to panic.

Meanwhile, the adult giants in the village emerged from their homes, armed and ready for battle. Leading them was a towering giant with a beard like a cascading waterfall. Behind him stood a group of warriors clad in leather armor, each gripping a formidable weapon.

The giants, who revered strength above all else, were always prepared to fight at a moment's notice. The sight of an approaching dragon only heightened their resolve.

However, the Azure Dragon didn't land in the village. Nor did it attack. Instead, it roared past, leaving behind a powerful storm that shook the village to its core.

"No, that's the direction of the palace!"

The elders of the Giant Clan, led by the king, were shocked.

"Quickly, let's head to the palace right away!"

"This giant dragon must have bad intentions. A battle might break out at the palace!"

"You're right, we must support the palace!"

All the adult giants in the village roared in unison and rushed toward the king's chariot.

Lucifer stood atop the Azure Dragon, his arms crossed.

The fierce winds whipped past him, tousling his hair and robes, but they couldn't shake him in the slightest.

The Azure Dragon flew at incredible speed, but within moments, Lucifer saw the giant palace in the distance.

Unlike the humble village, the giant palace was lavishly designed, and the city around it was bustling with life. Giants, who were hard to find anywhere else, were everywhere here.

The sound of rapid metal knocking echoed, spreading throughout the entire palace city.

This was the alarm for an enemy invasion. It had been over a hundred years since the last time the alarm had sounded in the Kingdom of Giants.

All the giants who heard the siren gathered in the streets, while the giant guards quickly took their positions at the palace gates.

The Giant King and his prince also stepped out of the palace and ascended to the top of the palace walls.

Lucifer, arms still crossed, scanned the giant army below, a playful smile curling his lips.

"The king need not be so nervous. I only want one thing."

"What is it? If it's something we have, I am willing to offer it freely!"

The Giant King knew all too well how terrifying Lucifer's strength was, so he was naturally reluctant to provoke him.

Lucifer replied, "The Road Poneglyph."

"The Road Poneglyph?!!!"

The Giant King's face shifted, his expression darkening.

Lucifer narrowed his eyes. "So, you've heard of it."

"Yes, I know of the Road Poneglyph," the Giant King said with a nod. "In the past, our kingdom also had one."

"Past?" The old man caught the significance of the Giant King's words.

"Yes, it was decades ago," the Giant King continued, his voice tinged with anger. "The original Road Poneglyph was a treasure of our Kingdom of Giants."

"But it was stolen by a group of audacious thieves!"

"Lord Lucifer, you are too late. The Road Poneglyph is no longer here."

"Not here?" Lucifer's expression darkened. "Your Majesty, you should know the consequences of deceiving me."

An icy killing intent radiated from Lucifer, causing many of the giant warriors to shiver. Their expressions turned grave.

Some of the giants gripped their weapons tightly, their bodies soaked in sweat.

"I am not lying to you," the Giant King said with a solemn voice. "I swear by the supreme glory of the Giant Race that the Road Poneglyph was taken long ago."

Lucifer activated his Observation Haki and quickly realized the Giant King was telling the truth.

"Who were they?" Lucifer asked coldly.

The Giant King seethed with anger. "It was Luo Jie... They were the Luo Jie Pirates!"
