Su Ran thought of the green hat player’s Five Elements Escape Technique—an absolute monster of a skill. Just catching the guy was already next to impossible, let alone killing him.

Qing Qi’s question left Su Ran stunned for a moment. Even after clashing with the guy so often, he really had no clue what his name was. Someone that forgettable, who’d have thought?

"Forget it, asking you is pointless. Nobody in all of Huaxia knows his name—he’s ridiculously mysterious."

Seeing that Su Ran didn’t have an answer, Qing Qi felt a little disappointed. But she quickly shrugged it off and asked curiously, "So, how did you piss him off so badly that he’s holding a grudge against you?"

"I dug up his family’s ancestral graves."

Qing Qi thought about Su Ran’s obsession with graves and couldn’t help rolling her eyes. Smirking, she remarked gleefully, "Well, now all three of these stone graves are gone. Let’s see what you’ll dig up next."

"Who said there’s nothing left? Those stones haven’t disappeared. Perfect opportunity to test my luck!"

Su Ran chuckled mischievously, jumped into the pit, and grabbed his starter hoe, ready to start hacking away at the stones.

Qing Qi was left speechless. She no longer even wanted to make fun of his grave-digging fixation. To each their own, after all. There was no need to impose her preferences on others. If this made him happy, so be it.

If not for Su Ran, she would’ve already left to explore the underground tunnels. She was itching to see if the green hat player could survive being hunted by two BOSSes. For her, watching a BOSS fight was way more entertaining than watching someone dig graves...

The pit echoed with relentless "clang, clang" sounds, over and over, never stopping.

Su Ran had completely lost track of time, totally absorbed in his grave-digging. He shattered one stone after another, the expression on his face concealed by his mask—no telling if he was happy or annoyed. What puzzled Qing Qi was how his digging speed seemed to be improving without him even realizing it.

"Are there really treasures inside these stones?"

Qing Qi, watching Su Ran be so engrossed in his digging, started to waver. Her initial distaste turned into curiosity in under three minutes.

Su Ran dug at the stones with all his might. He had to clear them out before the guardian BOSSes returned!

As he dug, system notifications popped up repeatedly. Su Ran chuckled but didn’t slow down his digging. In no time, he smashed another stone and moved on to the next, his transitions seamless, wasting not even a second. Perfectly timed precision.

"I don’t care! I want to see! Didn’t you say this is all just in-game and has nothing to do with reality? Show me! I’m not going to take anything from you. Ugh, you’re so stingy!"

Her curiosity burned like an itch she couldn’t scratch. She had to see for herself what treasures the stones were hiding. What could possibly make someone as skilled as Overturning Water obsess over grave-digging? There had to be a catch!

"Fine, take a look if you want."
