Chapter 66: Chapter 66 Conflict

Wan Chu’er had gone outside for a moment, and in just a few minutes upon her return, she found her seat piled with various notes, some folded and some blatantly unfolded, scattered on the desk, the seat, and even on the floor beneath.

She looked up around her, the classmates seemed to be watching her stealthily and quickly lowered their heads pretending to study as soon as her gaze met theirs.

Heh, a bunch of cowards.

Her gaze swept to the blackboard, where three glaring words were written: Shameless.

The handwriting is truly ugly, Wan Chu’er thought with disdain.

It seems someone is up to something. She recalled what the boy who confronted her yesterday at noon had said. Could it be true that she was being kept?

In the classroom, everyone nervously and either blatantly or secretly watched every move of Wan Chu’er. Her scorn and contempt were clearly visible to everyone, causing many to feel uneasy.

Wan Chu’er sneered indifferently and reached out to pick up a note from the desk.

"Shameless, slut, whore, prostitute, disgrace."

She picked up another, "Get out of Class 2-4, this is not a brothel, not a place for you to flaunt yourself!"

Hah, what a rich vocabulary. If these words were spittle, she might drown.

Wan Chu’er looked around again, her expression turning fierce, her gaze as sharp as a blade, cutting through anyone it landed on, making them shiver with pain.

"Whose trash are these? Who threw these on my seat, please take care of your own garbage." Wan Chu’er’s cold voice filled the silent classroom.

People in the classroom widened their eyes, baffled by where Wan Chu’er got her confidence. Having read the content on the notes, shouldn’t she be weeping, anxious, and trembling?

Everyone was somewhat intimidated by Wan Chu’er’s presence, and for a moment, no one answered, the timid even held their breaths.

It was really due to the last incident in the broadcasting room that Wan Chu’er had shown such audaciousness, leaving a shadow in everyone’s hearts.

Silence lingered in the classroom for a few seconds, then a boy from the last row who usually slacked off stood up, joking provocatively:

"Wan Chu’er, garbage should stick with garbage, right? You’re really something, hooking up with the boss of Heavenly World. Actually, I’m not too bad myself, why don’t we have some fun, let us see what a big boss’s mistress looks like."

With someone taking the lead, others quickly gained courage, and the boys in the back row began to jeer.

"Is it because your skills in bed are so impressive?"

"Maybe the big boss likes Wan Chu’er’s pure and pristine appearance."

"What pure and pristine? She is probably very wild."

...

The classroom burst into laughter, looking at Wan Chu’er as if she was trash.

Wan Chu’er quietly stood in front of her desk, coldly watching the few boys in the back row sneering to their heart’s content.

Seeing Wan Chu’er remaining composed, the mocking from behind gradually subsided.

The lead boy, somewhat annoyed, said, "Wan Chu’er, what are you pretending for, you slut."

He saw Wan Chu’er staring coldly at him and cursed, "What are you looking at, be careful or I’ll ruin you."

Wan Chu’er smiled disdainfully and said, "Paper tiger."

The boy was taken aback, "What did you say?"

Wan Chu’er: "I said you’re a paper tiger, all bark and no bite, easily punctured." Then pointing to the notes on the desk, she asked, "Did you put these here?"

The boy was livid, his face red and ears burning. Originally, he despised getting involved in the timid behavior of girls passing notes, but now, without a second thought, he shouted, "I did it, so what?"

"Fine, at least you have the guts to own up to it." Wan Chu’er suddenly said this, leaving the boy somewhat dumbfounded. Was she praising him??

Wan Chu’er reached out to grab a handful of paper, then swiftly walked towards the back of the classroom.

"What are you trying to do?" Seeing Wan Chu’er approaching menacingly, the boy asked in shock.

The classroom was short, and Wan Chu’er quickly reached the boy, throwing the paper notes right at his face. Amidst the fluttering paper, she kicked out fiercely.

"Slap—"

Suddenly, everyone in the classroom was stunned. Many stood up from their seats as the most notoriously boisterous troublemaker in class was kicked to the ground by Wan Chu’er!

Everyone was too shocked to react at first, hardly believing what was happening before their eyes.

It didn’t take long for the boy who was kicked to the ground to recover. His eyes turned bloodshot, feeling humiliated for being brought down by a girl, he got up from the floor at once.

Without a word, he swung a fist at Wan Chu’er.

Wan Chu’er dodged the blow by tilting her head and leaning back. After evading the punch, she kicked again.

"Bang—" The boy was kicked into a desk, and both he and the desk toppled over.

Everyone hadn’t expected Wan Chu’er to know a few moves, easily knocking down the class troublemaker.

"Ah—They’re fighting—" A timid girl screamed.

At that moment, the bell for class rang, "Ring————".

The class teacher, Teacher Zhu, entered the classroom, holding textbooks. She walked halfway to the podium and noticed something was off in the classroom. Turning her head, she spotted the anomaly.

"Wan Chu’er, what are you doing? What happened?"

It was only then that everyone noticed the teacher had come in. People watching the commotion hurried back to their seats, except for Wan Chu’er and the boy she had kicked, who still hadn’t moved.

Wan Chu’er respected Teacher Zhu from her heart. She didn’t answer Teacher Zhu’s question but calmly said, "Teacher Zhu, perhaps you should let the class president explain what happened."

The class president, who was called out, suddenly lifted his head, not expecting Wan Chu’er to name him.

The class president immediately struggled internally, wondering how to phrase his response.

To tell the truth could offend people in the class, but siding with the class might offend Wan Chu’er.

He genuinely admired Wan Chu’er and had no intention of becoming her enemy. Wan Chu’er would definitely attend a prestigious university in the future, and who knows when he might need this connection.

While the president was conflicted, Teacher Zhu noticed the three words written on the blackboard and her brow furrowed.

"Are these words written for me?"

Everyone hadn’t expected the teacher to ask that. Seeing the teacher angry, the class president made up his mind to tell the truth.

After hearing the class president’s words, Wan Chu’er scoffed coldly. She couldn’t believe these people would spread rumors about her being kept by Xiao Bai. What a ridiculous accusation!

She suppressed her impatience and waited to see what Teacher Zhu would do next.

Her gaze caught the boy standing next to her glaring at her, and she silently mouthed, "Loser," while glaring back.

The boy was stunned for a moment, then exploded in anger and said, "If you’re so capable, let’s fight outside after school."

"Liu Sanyang, what did you say?!" Teacher Zhu was furious at that moment, and upon hearing Liu Sanyang’s words, she immediately shouted in anger.
