Even the two girls standing behind him looked at Esther with a little shock.

Ella gasped, ’’Essie, why did you lie to me?’’

"Sis, I was indeed worried about you so I reached out to him and asked him to look for you. I never thought things would escalate to this!" Esther looked at her with genuine affection, ’’I lied because I got scared when I saw you being angry about it."

Suddenly, Esther was grabbed by her elbow and twirled.

Esther’s grip on Ella loosened.
