Reincarnated As The Villainess's Son-Chapter 390: Garden of Vanity
"Hm~ hm~."
In a dimly lit coffee house, a girl's humming voice echoed.
Her long black hair flowed behind her while her crimson eyes stared at the cup.
Using the spoon, she slowly stirred the coffee as if lost in thought.
The girl's fingers tapped rhythmically against the table, her hum never once breaking.
The sound of slurping made her look down.
A little girl with long black hair and crimson eyes just like her sat on her lap.
"Do you want more milkshake?" Siersha asked, pinching Olivia's cheek.
The little girl nodded gently, staring at the girl in front of her. "Yes. Mother."
Siersha smiled gently as she looked at the waitress and ordered another milkshake.
"It feels weird, doesn't it?" Siersha asked, wiping Olivia's face. "Having her call me Mother."
"..."
The girl who sat on the opposite side kept her mouth shut.
"Well, it's only been a few months since she awakened." Siersha continued, not minding her silence.
"And I don't even remember much when I formed the contract with her."
Siersha chuckled quietly, her fingers gently playing with Olivia's hair as the little girl hugged her tightly.
She was enjoying her time, and it couldn't have been more clear.
The girl sniffed, making Siersha look at her.
"Come on." She said, letting out a sigh. "Don't act like that just 'cause he rejected you."
"Shut up!"
She snapped, slamming her hand on the table.
"One more word and I will throw you out."
Siersha smiled, leaning back as she observed the girl.
She wore a beautiful white gown that hugged her small frame, her delicate features flushed with anger.
Her long blue hair flowed behind her while tears streamed down her blue eyes.
"Alright, Christina." Siersha said, raising her hand in defeat. "Should we get down to business?"
"...."
Christina sighed as she took the tissue that Olivia passed to her.
Wiping her tears, she calmed down.
"I have explained everything you need to know." Christina said, leaning back on the chair. "Now, are you in or not?"
Siersha took a moment to think about it, her eyes on the ceiling.
"My brother." She whispered softly. "Is he safe or not?"
"You were supposed to kill him by now under the influence of Taishareth." Christina explained, glancing at Olivia. "So as long as Shyamal is alive, he should be safe."
"...Unless something unexpected happens." Siersha completed her words, staring back at her.
Christina nodded gently.
"How are you so sure Esmeray would choose me as his fiancée?" Siersha asked, tapping on the table.
Christina exhaled slowly, folding her hands neatly on the table.
"Because you're useful," she said bluntly, meeting Siersha's crimson gaze without flinching. "And Esmeray only values usefulness."
"How am I useful?" Siersha tilted her head slightly. "Because I became the reason for the extinction of Vampires?"
Christina kept her silence as she just stared at the girl.
Siersha just nodded while glancing outside the window.
It was see-through, but no one from the outside could see in.
"Well, I'm in." Siersha said, glancing back at Christina. "As long as you keep your promise, I will keep mine."
"I know." Christina replied, her fist clenched until her knuckles turned white. "His first time will be yours, and I won't touch him."
Siersha smiled sweetly as she glanced outside of the window.
There on the almost empty streets, a boy with long pristine white hair moved as if trying to find someone.
Siersha glanced back at Christina. "He is trying to find you."
Christina also looked out of the window, finding Azariah.
Taking in a deep breath, she stood up from her seat. "Wait here."
Siersha placed her chin on her palm as she stared at him.
Olivia looked up to her mother. "What are you scheming?"
"No. I'm thinking." Siersha replied, patting her head. "Is it just me or am I getting played here?"
"..."
Olivia didn't say anything while Siersha kept on staring at him.
"I wonder."
She whispered to herself.
"What Senara would do."
***
"Argh."
A groan escaped Siersha's lips as she opened her eyes groggily.
The ceiling above her was unfamiliar.
Her body throbbed in pain even though it shouldn't.
'...Yeah, right.'
Memories of last night slowly returned to her.
Siersha tried to sit up, but her body felt heavy and something pressed against her chest.
She looked down, finding Himmel hugging her naked body, while resting his head on her chest.
She could feel his steady breathing against her skin, his arms wrapped lazily around her waist like he owned her.
She slowly smiled, removing her hand from his grip, she gently touched his hair.
'He was way too intense.'
She whimpered inwardly, her body too sore to move.
'Not like I hated it.'
She closed her eyes as Himmel moved once again.
"Anh~."
A sudden moan escaped her lips as she felt his teeth biting on her nipple.
She looked down at him. "Are you awake?"
Silence lingered between them before he softly whispered.
"...Yes."
"Afraid of the consequences of what you have done?" Siersha asked, playing with his hair. "All that big boy act just to return to being a child."
Himmel groaned as he slowly raised up, distancing himself from her.
"Can you just shut up?"
"Why don't you make me?" Siersha replied, sitting on the bed.
'Or should I say, mattress?'
The bed was already broken and thrown to the side, leaving them to sleep on the mattress.
Himmel sighed, not in the mood to argue.
Removing the blanket, he got up to his feet, still naked.
As Siersha looked at his toned body, she gulped down audibly.
'...Wait, did something change?'
She couldn't help but wonder as she found him much more alluring than before.
'He did say that he awakened.'
Siersha's gaze followed after him as he moved to take out some clothes.
'...I want more.'
"I'm sorry." Himmel whispered, glancing back at her. "For being so rough on you—."
"You call that rough?" Siersha asked with a light chuckle. "Trust me. It was okay at best."
"..."
Himmel turned to look at her, a blank look on his face.
'Please take the bait.'
"Well, it was my mistake." she said, standing up, the blanket falling to the floor without care. "For having too much expectation."
Siersha simply walked past him, utterly nonchalant about her nakedness.
"Siersha."
Her body trembled slightly as he called her in a cold voice.
"Get on your knees."
Siersha smiled sweetly, turning around, she did as told, falling to her knees gracefully.
'You broke your promise, Christina.'
She thought, looking up at Himmel who pushed open her mouth with his thumb and index finger.
'I hope you don't blame me for breaking mine.'
***
"Fuck, my back hurts."
I groaned, rubbing my waist as I walked through the corridor of the academy.
My legs still ached, and my whole body felt like it had been through a war.
'Yeah, definitely too much last night and even in the morning...'
I stretched lazily, ignoring the curious stares from the passing students.
The gazes had changed a lot from before as they couldn't look down at me.
Even the elves tried to be as far away from me as possible.
'Hm? Is it just me or are girls giving me flirtatious looks?'
[<It's not just you.>]
'Oh, hello. My lov—.'
[<Want me to break your bones?>]
'...No.'
[<You have awakened fully as a fallen and you are looking much more pleasing to everyone else.>]
'Ah, yeah. Things were the same with Jones as well.'
[<Your case is different given your sin is lust, that pleasingness gets amplified by a lot.>]
'...'
Now that I think about it, there wasn't any fallen in the game with the sin of lust.
Nor do I remember any from my family.
'..Am I the only one?'
I wondered, rubbing my chin.
[<Himmel, remember not to—>]
'Give in to my lust, El warned me before.'
[<And don't try to flirt.>]
'Why?'
[<Just don't.>]
'Alright.'
I moved toward the courtyard, feeling the cozy afternoon air hit my face.
It helped, a little.
Just as I reached the fountain, I caught sight of a familiar figure.
Long black hair with pink undertones fluttered in the wind, the academic dress looked beautiful on her.
Zenith.
She stood there stiffly, clutching a bundle of papers to her chest, her eyes searching for someone — probably me.
"Zenny!"
I called, moving towards her.
Her ember eyes met mine, and in an instant, a blush crept on her face.
Without a word, she bolted in the opposite direction.
'The fuck?'
And left me alone.
I watched her dash away like her life depended on it.
'What happened?'
I wondered, looking around the place awkwardly.
'Did she see a vision of the future or something?'
What did she even see?
I rubbed my temples as I walked towards the training ground.
The training ground was relatively empty — most students were either attending classes or busy with something else.
A few glanced my way, but immediately looked away the moment I made eye contact.
'Smart,' I thought, cracking my neck lightly.
I wasn't really in the mood to train, but I needed to keep moving.
To keep my mind off certain things.
Like...a certain girl still curled up on my mattress.
[<You should rest. Your soul is still stabilizing.>]
'I'll rest later,' I replied to Inna, rolling my shoulders.
Just as I completed my warm-up, a boy came into my view.
"How have you been?" I asked, smiling towards Elijah who walked closer. "Haven't seen you in the last three days."
"...Yeah." he replied, scratching his cheek. "I was in Heather's house."
"Her parents?"
"Haven't talked with them." He replied awkwardly. "They are ignoring me but also aren't trying to separate us."
I chuckled. "Good for you."
Elijah smiled before his expression turned serious. "Himmel, about the church—."
"Before that." I cut in his words, taking a few steps back. "Spar with me."
"What?" He asked, tilting his head. "Right now?"
"Yeah."
My voice echoed as silence filled the entire training area.
Everyone quickly moved back while I drew in a deep breath.
"Alright."
Elijah whispered softly.
His body hummed as his hair changed from vibrant red to pristine white.
Divinity roamed in his hand as he made a sword out of it.
'Should I try it?'
I wondered, standing straight.
[<Careful.>]
'...Yeah.'
Every fallen angel, when awakened, has their own unique set of bloodline abilities.
Some have better, some worse.
And with two sins in one.
Mine is something really special.
"Garden of Vanity."
A domain pulsed out of my body, covering the entire training ground.
With every step I took, a flower bloomed in the ground, releasing a pollen.
As the students inhaled the pollen, their minds began to break.
Slowly, they got to their knees and began worshipping me.
The girls had a deep blush on their faces, their gazes... were fucking creepy.
[<Welp, it does amplify their desire.>]
'... Yeah.'
"What... is this?" Elijah muttered, glancing at the sea of pale, ethereal flowers blooming around him.
I could see it — the slight blush on his cheeks, the dazed gleam in his eyes.
'....'
I immediately cancelled the Garden of Vanity.
Elijah blinked innocently, staring at me.
"....What happened?"
"You weren't supposed to blush, fucker!!" I snapped, my body blurring towards him.
A sword of mana formed in my hand as I flipped in the air.
Elijah barely raised his sword in time to block my strike, the force of the impact sending a shockwave through the training ground.
CLANG!
"Oi, Himmel!!" Elijah shouted, gritting his teeth as he struggled to hold his ground. "What's your problem!?"
"My problem is you!" I barked, slamming a heavy kick into his stomach.
He stumbled, coughing once, but kept his footing.
[<Aww. He likes you.>]
'Shut up, Inna!!'
I dashed forward again, my sword humming as it tore through the air.
Elijah's expression hardened, and this time he met my charge head-on.
At the last instant, I coated my mana blade with a layer of void energy.
In the next instant, Elijah's blade vanished, forcing him to retreat.
He clicked his tongue, annoyance flashing across his face.
"Seriously, Himmel?! When the fuck did you awaken?" Elijah shouted, regathering Divinity into his palm to recreate his sword.
I didn't answer. I lunged.
Elijah narrowly dodged; the air where he stood moments ago cracked under the weight of my swing.
He counterattacked, slashing horizontally, but I ducked under it smoothly, sweeping my foot toward his ankles.
He leapt over the kick, landing a few meters away.
My instincts screamed—something was coming from my side.
My shoulder blades twisted on their own as a hardened wing deflected the blade.
Aimar appeared beside Elijah with a grin.
"Mind if I join?"
A spear formed in his hand.
"To make things even."
I smiled, letting my wings open wide behind me.
With one push, my body shot upward, three pairs of wings unfolding majestically.
"Brace, fuckers!"
I bolted toward them like a comet.
