SpiderGwen: I have a system?!-Chapter 193: Apocalypse no More

[3rd POV]

With Apocalypse dead and gone, absorbed into her form, his power becoming her power, his knowledge becoming hers, Gwen teleported off in order to find and save Nate Grey. Or at least try to, hopefully.

He was a lab experiment for all intents and purposes, and he would rapidly grow to become a teenager, so rapidly that it wouldn't take more than a few months to a year or two before he was fully grown. This was concerning to Gwen, as she remembered the questionable actions he had done in the future, and she was wondering whether or not she should do something about it.

He would eventually become a beyond Omega Level threat, the most powerful telepath in the multiverse, a level of power that would allow him to defeat even the likes of the Sentry. Meaning, he was incredibly powerful, and more than that, dangerous.

Should he move to her city, she wouldn't be able to stop him should he try something. Not the current her, not yet. Perhaps after Project Rebirth she would be able to do...something to him, but even then, he was a Psionic entity, or could become one.

Reality Warping, Power Manipulation, Time manipulation, all sorts of powers were within him, with the potential to become the host of the Phoenix force on top of that. He was strong, he was dangerous, and he was a wildcard.

But, as Gwen teleported off to where she found him, and as she gazed at the young child within a tube, a liquid inside keeping him unconscious. She sighed, knowing that she wouldn't be doing anything to him, not without his express permission.

'I suppose it'll be a last resort, if all else fails, I'll go to him and ask the question' Gwen decided, as she knew that Project Rebirth was made specifically in order to fight threats well beyond the current her, threats capable of ending universes with a single flick of their finger, threats that could potentially even kill her, potentially at least.

She honestly wasn't sure if she could die anymore or not. It was harder and harder to tell with every character she got. She knew that even if the multiverse was to implode on her, she wouldn't die. But she wasn't sure about the soul aspect, whether or not her soul could defend her against that sort of thing. And she really wasn't interested in finding that out.

She hoped to get a truly immortal character soon, one like Sun Wukong, who couldn't die at all, and whose soul was likely well beyond anything or anyone else's in this universe and most others.

But for now, she gazed down at the unconscious form of Nate Grey, and reached her hand out, as she teleported him off to Malzif, where her clone would speak with him, explain what had happened, and where he was. And then she would have to speak with Xavier about him, about the training he needed and about his...unique situation.

She'd also have to talk with Jean, who was becoming closer and closer to her. As Nate was technically her son, or at least the son of the version of her from this world.

In the case of variants of people that already existed in Malzif, like another Jean or another Scott, they'd be given new names, ones that were close to their original names, like Scotty and Jeanne. Stuff like that, as otherwise it would become very complicated very quickly, and she really didn't want to deal with that sort of thing.

She already had technology made to differentiate between them all, due to their "wavelengths" being different, with them being from different universes and all that, it made it easy to see who was who, for her at least it was.

Her clones were working around the world saving thousands of mutants a minute, as in Malzif, her hospitals were working at full capacity to save and heal the tens of thousands of mutants flooding in. The X-Men in Malzif were all working to help the new people settle in, and to comfort them for the losses they had endured on their Earth.

During all of this, Gwen had several quests rapidly get completed, as she sat for hours on end, helping her clones around the world, saving mutants, and even speaking with the X-Men of that world, which had been surprisingly easy, with their leader, Magneto, eventually agreeing to move to Malzif with them, as it would simply be easier, and safer.

The 300 TL tickets were almost instantly turned into 6 SSL tickets, as she had no need for TL characters anymore, she hadn't needed them for quite some time now, as she instead was more focused on getting as many SSL characters as possible, mostly for their potential knowledge that could be helpful for her projects, than anything else.

At the moment Gwen was floating above Earth, staring down at its charred and partially destroyed form, continents that should exist didn't, and it was...a mess to say the least. And it shouldn't be, so, Gwen reached her hand out, a green glow emerging from her figure, as power began to roll out of her in waves.

The time stone began to activate within her, as she began to warp the time on the entirety of Earth, causing it to slowly revert back into a previous time, back to when it was full, back when it was a beautiful place, not an ugly mess thanks to the actions of Apocalypse.

And as she warped the time on it, her power rippling out of her as she changed the world back to what it should have been, she noticed a notification form in her vision.

[Great Healer]

Details - Heal a broken world, making it whole once more

It was a suitable reward, considering she had healed an entire planet, one that had been destroyed and damaged for years now, ravaged by war, nuclear weaponry, and all manners of battles. Nuclear weapons had been fired a few times, in order to attempt to defeat and stop the growing power of Apocalypse, but none of it had worked, and had mostly backfired on them all.

Now it was fixed, as if nothing had ever happened. As if the world hadn't been ravaged by far and death, as if Apocalypse had never begun his horrible crusade.

And the civilians of Earth would soon realize that.

Looking down upon the Earth, Gwen smiled, as she converted the other TL tickets into SSL ones, before opting to save them for now.

'Looks like this world will return to normal in time. I can't bring back all the dead innocents, as I'd rather not piss off death or any of the big guys. Especially not if it makes them go after me' Gwen thought, knowing that she was not able to mess with the likes of Death or Eternity, not yet at least.

Glancing around, Gwen smiled, as she gazed back at the Earth below her one last time, before teleporting off, one thought on her mind as she did so.

End of the Apocalypse part of this arc, next part will likely be some other recognizable world, or perhaps something else, not sure.

Honestly not sure how to go about romance with Gwen, as...this fic has been awful at romance, as in, the worst of any fanfic I have made so far, by a long shot.
