Super Template System In Marvel and Beyond-Chapter 219: Mission Complete....Almost
Chapter 219 - Mission Complete....Almost
After giving the personal interview, Dave sat quietly in his room as he checked his system status.
[ Mumud Template: 60% ]
He looked at the completion rate of the Mumud Template and fell into thought.
"I guess one national competition isn't enough to spread the fame of Mumud..." he muttered.
This template's main mission was to spread Mumud's fame across the Satisfy world—but clearly, one competition alone wouldn't be sufficient.
"Hm... I suppose it's normal," he said with a small nod. "Right now, most users are still around level 300 or so, so maybe it's just not the right time yet."
He let out a light sigh but smiled softly. "Pity. Still, I've been enjoying my stay here too."
He glanced out the window, the sun starting to set as the final match concluded. This time, Team Japan had taken first place—thanks to him and the others.
"Hm, but now... do I have to participate in the next national competition too?" Dave mumbled as the event wrapped up.
"Since it's an annual event, the next one will be held next year," he mused. "I guess I can spend another year here."

Dave and the others were now back in Japan when his aunt beamed and said,
"How about you guys come with me? I'll cook something special—my signature miso delight—in celebration of Dave winning three gold medals!"
Everyone cheered at the idea, their tired faces lighting up with excitement.
As the group made their way through the quiet streets, the orange glow of the evening sun painted the city in warm tones. Laughter echoed among them—jokes, playful teasing, and excited chatter about the intense matches and unforgettable moments from the competition.
They soon arrived at Dave's aunt's cozy home. The smell of herbs and spices filled the air as she busied herself in the kitchen, while the rest settled around the low table in the living room.
"You really shocked the whole world, you know," one of Dave's teammates said, nudging him. "That final spell combo? Insane."
Dave chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "I just did what I had to do. Kraugel was no joke."
"but you still beat him in the end" Said another as they all nodded,
"Still," another added, "three gold medals? In all three games of yours is perfect win. You might be the face of the game now."
His aunt poked her head out of the kitchen, smiling. "Well, the face of the game or not, you're still my nephew—and tonight, you're all eating like kings!"
As the delicious aroma of home-cooked food filled the room, plates began to arrive one by one—steaming bowls of miso soup, crispy karaage chicken, grilled fish glazed in sweet soy sauce, and a large platter of strawberry shortcake at the center of the table.
"Woah, this looks amazing!" one of Dave's teammates said, practically drooling.
"Your aunt really went all out, huh?" another laughed, already picking up chopsticks.
Dave's aunt chuckled warmly. "Of course I did! It's not every day my nephew wins three gold medals and makes the whole country proud."
Dave gave a soft smile. "Thanks, Aunt Misaki. For everything."
She waved him off. "Just promise me one thing—don't push yourself too hard, alright? Fame comes and goes, but your health stays with you."
"I will," Dave nodded sincerely.
As they all dug into the meal, the atmosphere became lighter, filled with clinking dishes and joyful conversation. Even those who had lost in the tournament found themselves laughing, teasing each other about misplays and what-ifs.
Later, as the sky turned to a star-speckled black and the food was all but gone, Dave stepped out onto the small balcony with a warm cup of tea. The city lights shimmered below.
He looked up at the stars, then down at his hand, flexing his fingers slowly.
"Mumud... huh?" he whispered. "Still only at 60%. I guess I've got more work to do."
"I wonder what next one will be" Dave mumbled as he closed his eyes, his girlfriends are not with him tonight as their own family want to celebrated with them also so they left after enjoying a team dinner party.
"Now, if I remember correctly, soon it will be time for the Brahma Raid," he mumbled, eyes narrowing. "He will raid the Eternal Kingdom to remind Grid of his promise..."
Dave crossed his arms, deep in thought. "Hm. If I prepare better than him, then Reidan City will be mine."
He reached for the main letter that had just arrived—it was the one that granted Grid the title of Duke, along with ownership of the massive city of Reidan.
A small smirk tugged at Dave's lips.
"Let's see how the story changes this time."
Dave went to sleep, and the next day, he logged back into the game.
"I'm back," he muttered as he looked over Winston City. "Haah..." he exhaled, taking in the sight of the vast city.
"Now, if I remember correctly... Euphemina should be returning right about now. Wait—didn't Euphemina commission Grid to make the Mumud Orb? And from that orb, Braham was even able to find Grid's location and initiate the raid..."
He paused, blinking as realization struck.
"But now... I've already taken the Orb and claimed it as my own, while Euphemina was gone for months. The trigger for the great raid..."
"Doesn't that mean Braham won't be able to locate Grid anymore... and the raid event might not even happen?" Dave said, rubbing his chin. "Damn, I might've messed up big time."
"No... maybe I can still salvage this," he muttered and immediately opened his contacts to reach out to Euphemina.
Dave: "Hey, have you found the greatsword production method?"
Euphemina: "Yeah, I just returned to Winston. Have you found the Mumud's orb production method ?"
Dave: "Yes, I have it."
Euphemina: "Great! Grid is there too. Let's get him to craft the item, then."
She sounded excited. Dave nodded to himself, hopeful things could still follow the right path—just with a slight twist.
