The Eternal Bound-Chapter 46: Anger
Chapter 46: Anger
Triqi stared blankly at her bedroom window. It was dark outside, a place that suited her perfectly. She wouldn't feel burned when she went out whenever she wanted, and she wouldn't be looked at strangely by people. Of course, in that place, her emotions were stable, so it was unlikely that her abilities would get out of control.
The castle was quiet, but Triqi preferred it to the bustling city.
Her eyes stared blankly outside. Since living in a special dimension for vampires, Triqi often visits her father's resting place. Every time she was bored, her feet unconsciously took her to a dark room that contained a luxurious coffin in the middle. The coffin included her biological father, whom she could only look at since she was little without being able to touch.
Triqi often cried, pouring out her sadness until she fell asleep there. After that, Georgio would move her to her room.
Triqi always believed that her father heard her voice. His handsome father, the pride of the vampires.
But this time, she had just left the room, a dashing figure had blocked her way.
His light brown eyes stared sharply at Triqi. His thick lips were tightly closed, and he blocked Triqi's exits. Unconsciously, Triqi stepped back when she felt her twin start to emit his angry pheromones.
Damn, pheromones. Even though Triqi was a pure vampire, she would still be affected by Valan's pheromones, which were just as strong as Val's.
Moreover, Valan also inherited Elyna's powers.
"Valan-"
"Are you happy that you made our parents sad?" Valan cut her off cruelly. The tall man continued to step forward, making Triqi retreat even further because she was so scared.
"Are you satisfied that you made the person who gave birth to you cry all night? Making Dad always stare at the window thinking about you? Making me act like a crazy person if you're not around me?!"
Valan's voice that rose at the end made Triqi friend softly. Her body shook unconsciously. Well, Valan was indeed scary when he was furious.
But Triqi didn't see how messy Valan's face was when he saw his sweet twin brother crying again. He was annoyed, really. When Hakan said Triqi temporarily decided to stay at her grandfather's place and stay away from the human world without telling him. But on the other hand, Valan also knew Triqi was probably tired. She was tired of being the only one different in that world.
Valan wiped her face roughly. He scooped Triqi up to carry her and held her on the edge of the bed. Valan smiled when Triqi got closer to his neck, even though she was still sobbing.
"Sob, sorry. Sob, I..."
"Shit... I'm sorry. Wait a minute. I need to stabilize my pheromones again."
Valan took a deep breath to calm his emotions, which were difficult to control when he saw Triqi again.
"Sigh..."
Only when Valan calmed down again did he finally speak to Triqi again.
"I'm sorry. I'm just confused, Qiqi. You know exactly how important your presence is in my life."
Qiqi. The most special love that Valan gave to Triqi. Slowly, Triqi nodded weakly. Since childhood, Triqi knew that Valan treated her as if she had been his whole world.
Triqi began to stop crying because Valan kept rubbing her back. Valan looked down when he saw Triqi with her red face had stopped sobbing and instead played with the buttons on his clothes. With that red face and her round eyes.
Valan swallowed hard. Damn hormones. Valan had to look away from the lust-inducing view.

"I'm afraid to go back there. I don't want to be called a monster anymore, Valan," Triqi complained weakly. Valan tightened his hug, kissed Triqi's forehead softly, then smiled.
"Who said that? Only a stupid blind person would call you a monster, Triqi. Now, how about we go for a walk today? I can prove that you're normal in the eyes of others."
Triqi shook her head in annoyance. She didn't want to be seen as strange by anyone anymore.
"Are you sure you don't want to? Ah... even though I've been trying so hard to persuade Mom to let you go on vacation with me alone. Okay, if you don't want to."
Valan was just about to put Triqi down, pretending to be angry, when she hugged her body tightly. Valan smiled. He knew that Triqi had wanted to go on vacation with him without supervision from her parents or her father's men for a long time.
This tempting offer was certainly something Triqi couldn't refuse. In the past, everyone opposed her desire to go with Valan alone. They were still too young, they said. If something happened to them, her parents were afraid they would be too late to provide the right help.
However, all Triqi wanted was a simple vacation with Valan. They wouldn't even go far because Triqi was easily wary of new places. Now, her wish was right before her eyes. How could Triqi let go of that opportunity?
Triqi hugged Valan even tighter. Pouting a little when she saw Valan smiling broadly at her behavior.
"I want to. Let's go, Valan," Triqi said finally.

"You didn't do anything strange to Triqi, right?" Georgio looked at Valan suspiciously. His actions made Valan laugh out loud instantly. Valan hugged Georgio briefly, then showed his broad smile.
"Of course not, Grandpa. I love her. How could I dare to hurt her? Well, if I teach her once in a while, it's okay, right?" Valan teased, which was met with a glare from the vampire king.
"No one is allowed to make my granddaughter cry! What are you doing?" Georgio grumbled.
Valan scowled. Putting on a face as if he had been treated unfairly.
"Meany. I'm your grandson too, Granpa," he joked. Georgio sometimes wondered. How could the nature of his two grandchildren be different from their father? His grandson Triqi had a more gloomy nature like Val, while Valan had a cheerful and mischievous nature like Tritan. Even though it was clear that they were born from separate powers.
"Yes, yes, whatever you want. But you haven't forgotten, right? You are only allowed to go out with her at night. I don't want her to burn her skin and be sadder than now," Georgio said seriously. The man was shocked when Valan smiled very widely while looking at him straight. So straight that Georgio could see another strange glint there.
"You don't need to worry about that. I'm the one who understands Triqi's feelings the most. I'm the only one who can make her happy and the only one who can make her cry. No one has the right to teach me how to make her happy. I know everything, more than you," Valan said casually as he walked away.
He stopped. Then he showed Georgio his strange smile.
"And for going out at night... I have another surprise for her. She and I will go out during the day. Triqi is no different from me now. I've erased that difference for her."
Georgio was silent. Did that mean Valan had succeeded?
Georgio massaged his forehead in frustration. Elyna seemed to have given birth to someone even crazier than her partner.
