Chapter 465: Chapter 465 – Your Sweetness Caused Me to Lose Control

Grandma could tell that Robin was not ready by his confused responses, getting agitated. "Robin, don’t tell me that you are not ready yet. You sound like you just woke up from bed," Grandma complained bitterly.

She was so expectant of today and Robin was messing it up for her. This was also the first time since her husband died decades ago that she took interest in a tour.

"Easy grandma, please give me an hour. We shall meet you soon," Robin said and quickly hung up. Dragging Sabrina with him to the shower room, he said,

"Your sweetness caused me to lose control of the time and now grandma is angry. I guess the twins would equally be upset with us." He paused at the entrance of the shower room and turned to pick up the intercom to make a call.

Mentioning their room number, he ordered breakfast from room service instead of the buffet since they had limited time.

They began showering as they chatted along. "Well, this is the main reason why we came here, right? I don’t think we should feel bad about it. Grandma would be fine as soon as we begin the tour," Sabrina comforted and Robin agreed,

"You are right."

By the time they came out of the shower, breakfast was waiting for them. They dressed quickly and had breakfast before Sabrina went to breastfeed the twins.

They had already had some formula but still sucked the breast milk. Their tour guide arrived and they began to tour around.

Because they carried the twins along, they used the boat a lot of times to not get tired as a result of the long walk, observing some historical attractions, including the Amalfi Duomo.

With the attractive beaches along the way, Sabrina suggested, "Can we spend tomorrow at the beach?"

"Anything for you, my queen."

Grandma did not object as she developed a great attraction to the beach as well. The next day, they visited the picture-perfect Fiordo di Furore, which garners praise from travelers for its beauty. Due to its location, the sun only ever hits the beach in the morning, creating a cool hideaway in the afternoon.

Sabrina confidently rocked some bikinis and went swimming with Robin. Grandma and the twins watched them from afar, while playing in the white sand.

The coast had so many beaches that one could never get bored. That day, they visited three of them, returning exhausted to the hotel.

However, Robin never allowed her to sleep until after giving her another wild night.

The third day was Robin’s surprise for the second day, but it was still in the plan, so he got the reaction he wanted from Sabrina.

"My King, can we spend the whole day here?" Sabrina asked excitedly as soon as she stepped into the Villa Cimbrone Gardens.

Robin’s arms wrapped around her as he spoke. "Yes, we can, but the reason I brought you here is to check whether there are flowers you will need from here for your new garden."

Grandma was taken aback. "More flowers for the garden? What do you want to turn the villa into?" Grandma asked, bewildered as Robin chuckled and explained,

"It’s a different garden, grandma. There is a beautiful place I’m changing into a garden for her. I want her to have all her favorite flowers there."

He didn’t want to give the details because he didn’t want to mention the names of the dead. Their lives were peaceful, and they wanted to enjoy everything that comes with it without looking back.

"Then I guess this is the perfect place for that," grandma agreed, looking around the garden admiringly.

The Villa Cimbrone Gardens are the most important example of English landscape and botany culture in the South of Europe, housing both rare species and centuries-old plants.

"My King, let’s take a lot of pictures here," Sabrina said excitedly. They had group pictures and individual pictures.

By the time they finished touring the garden and had lunch, the twins were sleeping. They used the remaining time for shopping before returning to the hotel.

Dinner was a feast as they had returned a bit earlier than the previous day. Food was equally an adventure as they ensured to have Amalfi ice cream as dessert. Another passionate night awaited Sabrina before they continued to tour more places the next day.

By the time their one-week honeymoon ended, Sabrina wanted more, so Robin extended their stay for another week.

Even grandma was happy with the extension as it gave her time to explore some nice places at the hotel as well.

Returning to New York, they were met with sad news. Jacob was sleeping on the sofa with tears in his eyes while the maids went about their duties with melancholy.

"What happened?" Robin asked one of the maids.

"Aunty Ethel was rushed to the hospital yesterday, but Master Jacob returned looking like this."

Robin froze. He didn’t like Ethel, but neither was he happy with her death. He knew that if Ethel was alive, then Jacob would have been with her at the hospital, but being here meant that she had indeed passed on as expected. freewebnoveℓ.com

Not wanting to disturb Jacob, everybody walked on eggshells. Robin covered his twin brother with a blanket and laid on another sofa by his side.

He could tell that Jacob had not slept throughout yesterday. In the middle of the night, Jacob woke up without the knowledge that Robin was back.

The lights were turned off, and he was wailing like a child. The sound of his tears woke Robin from his sleep.

For the first time since they got married, Sabrina slept alone, but she understood that Jacob needed Robin and the latter had to be there for his twin brother since no news was heard about Laura since she left.

Robin hugged his twin brother and comforted him, "It’s okay. We are here for you."

Jacob was happy to hear Robin’s voice, and his mood improved. "When did you return?" He asked, hugging Robin back.

"Last night, but you were already asleep," Robin said after he pulled away.

"How did it go?" Jacob asked. Robin smiled and replied,

"Better than I wanted it to be."

Jacob forced a smile through the pain. He was indeed happy for his twin brother, but his expression was still moody because of the loss of his mother.

"What happened? Tell me. Have you heard from Laura?" Robin asked all at once.
