Chapter 89: More Passive Source Of Rebate Eligible Funds [Edited]
When they got back to villa, James immediately made his way directly to his master suite.
He didn’t even pause to admire the beautiful ocean view like he usually did sometimes, as there was only one thing on his mind — the documents waiting for him in his master suite.
As he stepped into the room, James’ eyes locked onto the thick manila folder sitting neatly on the edge of his bed.
He crossed the room, picked it up, and sat down on the edge of the bed, flipping the cover open.

James was momentarily speechless after he was done reading he documents.
When he read on the system notification that the property was located in one of the premium real estate locations, he was expecting something huge, but he didn’t expect it to be this huge.
To others it might not be so but to him, this new property is huge. The fact that he can earn almost half a million every month in rent and $5.48 million annually is very huge for him.
The Upper East Side. That name alone carried weight. It wasn’t just another fancy zip code — it was the epicenter of old money and high society. CEOs, financiers, politicians, heirs, foreign dignitaries. These were the kind of people who lived in that part of Manhattan.
And now, he owns a property there. Not a condo. Not a penthouse. But a whole damn 90-unit complex.
His fingers tightened slightly around the edge of the document. $456,667. That was his new monthly passive income from just this property. Nearly half a million dollars every 30 days — without him lifting a finger.
And the annual net income after taxes, maintenance fees and other fees? $5.48 million.
That was what made it hit harder. These weren’t inflated projections. These were real-world, post-expense numbers.
"This makes the Beverly Hills building look like an appetizer," he muttered with a grin.
The 54-unit property at Beverly Hills is expected to bring in $1.6 million per year. Which was absolutely impressive.
A million dollars in annual passive income is any average person’s dream. But now with the addition of the income from the new property?...
James leaned back into the bed, with his eyes still on the open folder, and his mind running the numbers in his head.
With just those two buildings, he will be making over $590,000 monthly in passive income.
Combined, both properties will be generating $7.08 million a year in clean, hands-free income. And he doesn’t have to do anything, but just kick back and relax to earn this money.
And make things even better, every single but of the money is rebate eligible.
James smiled as he stood up, and paced toward the massive window overlooking the coastline.
The ocean rippled with the sunlight striking it’s surface, and its waves lapping rhythmically against the white sand. But James’ eyes weren’t on the beautiful view.
His mind was occupied, thinking about how much he will be making on his passive income with the rebate applied.
"If I’m making $7.08 million per year... and with the rebate..."
$7 million means $70 million in rebate rewards annually — assuming he spent all of it. Which he fully intended to.
And he could cycle it through investments, spend it on properties, luxury, businesses, or even give it away. As long as it wasn’t funneled through one of his LLCs, the system would still reward him.
James thought of something and smiled. He feels that in a way, turning non rebate eligible funds to rebate eligible funds kind of sounds like money laundering
He laughed at his own thought and turned his attention back to the folder. Inside it was a high-quality photo paper clipped to one of the pages. He unhooked it and held it up to the light.
It showed the building in sharp, high-resolution detail. It was a towering mid-rise with a smooth, stone-and-glass façade.
The entrance was flanked by custom ironwork gates, polished stone lions on either side, and valet stations beneath a covered, ivy-wrapped drop-off point. Trees lined the sidewalk and every window was a floor-to-ceiling panel of tempered glass.
But just like they always say, every good thing costs an equally good amount of money. And the 90-unit property wasn’t an exception as it costs more $137 million.
A whopping $137 million! This makes the property his most expensive and valuable asset yet.
"Nice. Now, I just need a couple more of properties like this, and for the total monthly rent income to reach $5 million, then I will be satisfied." James smiled to himself.
$5 million monthly means $60 million annually, and with the rebate, it will be $600 million.
"How great it would feel to make more than half a billion every year without moving a finger," he thought, smiling to himself.
After finishing with the property documents, James closed the folder with a satisfied sigh and carefully placed it on the nightstand.
That was one piece of the puzzle handled. Now, it was time to move on to the next — his stock portfolio.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone, and screen lit up, as the phone unlocked with a face scan.
His thumb moved as he navigated to the browser and he immediately typed in the portal address for his Prime Brokerage Account.
There was no need to search; as he already knew the exact URL, thanks to the fact that the system had already transferred everything related to the account directly into his brain.
A personal portal for a trading account is service most people would never even hear of, let alone gain access to.
These portals are usually reserved for hedge fund managers, corporate treasurers, and the ultra-wealthy that play with millions of dollars qnd above. And now, James is the same category as those people.
The portal page loaded with and a sleek, professional interface was displayed, showing the login screen.
James entered the credentials of his account, inputting the username, password, secondary pin. His finger hovered briefly over the Sign In button before tapping it.
A second later, the page loaded and his dashboard was displayed, as a wave of data appeared on his screen.
Real-time graph showing his portfolio PnL, sector breakdowns, asset summaries, news tickers, and a flashing header labeled, but what caught his attention was his portfolio.
APPL: 0.003% = 527,872 shares, worth $79.18 million.
AMAZN: 0.0015% = 23,994 shares, worth $79.18 million.

James’ eyes widened in a mix of slight shock and disbelief as he couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
"Am I seeing this right? $475 million?!"
