"I think I can get a plan to bait him," Stefany said.

"What is the plan, though?" Clovis asked.

Stefany explained, "I have a way to lure him out and bring him to a country that is neutral and far from any countries related to the Prophet. Of course, he must be wary of us as well, so we might not be able to bring him into countries that are currently allied with us."

Clovis crossed his arms. It sounded good. If they could just eliminate all the Tier 8 humans on their side, they could weaken the Prophet and take over the Dark Moon Mercenary.

However, Clovis had one concern. The real threat was actually the Tier 9 human. The Prophet was hiding this Tier 9 human all this time.
