Jules’ pov

As he fell, he landed on houses and cars, because he was so large that he could be referred to as a titan right now.

Everyone were screaming loudly because he almost feel over some of them. I watched him carefully as he twitched on the ground for a few moments before finally letting out a deep groan that shook everywhere up. I watched as he rolled to his side and groaned again, and then his eyes settled on me. I thought he was about to speak when he opened his mouth, to try getting to me with his words or something. But I was wrong.

When he opened his mouth, a string of fire flew out of his mouth, heading straight at me at a really fast pace. I quickly flew away from that spot, which made the fire hit a spot where people were watching the first from and more screams echoed out.

I wanted to go check if anyone was hurt and i also wanted to put out that fire as that as I could with my magic, but then blaze’s uncle began to shoot balls of fire at me at a really fast pace. I kept dodging each hit but that kept sending the fire over to different houses and shops.

This is a complete mess.

Blaze’s uncle was yet to move from his spot on the ground. It was almost like he was currently determined to take me out from that particular spot, and I was hell bent on not letting that to happen.

I lifted my hands in the air and chanted loudly, summoning a large amount of lightening which I directed right at the writhing monster still in the same spot on the ground. The lightening hit him in the middle of his chest and he threw his head back to let out a blood curling scream that made the whole atmosphere to vibrate.

Sparks moved through his body, but it took a few seconds for me to realize that it wasn’t really doing anything to him. Since he was now in this form, it made him immune to a lot of things.

When he attempted rising to his feet, I hit him with a bolt of magic that sent him stumbling again. He cursed at me and sent some fire balls my way, but I dodged them again.

Relieves cries began to echo around me and I glanced backward to see Raine helping to put out the fire before it could do more damage. As I watched her helped those people, I realized that blaze hadn’t been lying in there, she really was the one whom the people of this clan loved, and not this monster who was trying to kill me.

"See that? See how they’re singing her praises? They all love her and to them, she’d always be their true queen. Unlike you." I tell him scornfully, watching as his face twisted with rage right before his eyes zeroed in on raine.

After he spent minutes staring at her pointedly, a part of me realized that he was clearly contemplating attacking her. I instantly panicked and shielded her with my body since she was in the air as well. Before I could warn her to be careful and that the psycho was about to kill her, her uncle was on his feet, hands lifted high. His eyes was on her for a moment, and then next, it settled across the thousands of clan members.

"They love her and see her as their true queen, huh?" He roared and i flinched, tight before my mouth fell open as soon as I realized what he was about to do.

"You stupid bunch love that bastard raine over me, right? And you see her as your true queen. Isn’t that right?" His eyes focused on raine’s panicked ones before he continued.

"Now, let’s see if there’s still be people left to worship her and sing her praises after I wipe these people out!" He thundered loudly and everyone led out blood curling screams before attempting to run in different directions. It was clear that his rage had made him lose his mind, but clearly, there was no reasoning with him right now.

With his outstretched handa, he began a loud chant. The cloud darkened and smoke suddenly emerged in the sky. It slowly began to increase till it turned into a large tornado of fiery fire, one which managed to pull a gasp from me. And then before anyone could stop to think, he directed the tornado towards the fleeing people and to my horror, the tornado began to suck the people up. Raine was trying to fly some people to safety but there was only so many people she could save.

I used my magic to cocoon as many people as I could in a protective shield that made it impossible for the air of the tornado to pull them into it, and then I faced Blaze’s uncle, feeling extremely furious.

The sky crackled with so much energy when I called on it this time, and I created ice around Blaze’s uncle to trap him underneath it. But he easily broke out of it by blowing hot smoke through it. Once he was free again, he sent that smoke right at me before I could duck and as soon as it engulfed me, it felt like I was being burnt and I cried out as I began to fall. freeweɓnøvel.com

However, the fall got broken by a pair of hands catching me, right before the sounds of flapping wings filled my ears.

Blaze!

"You’re alright." I cried out as I hugged him tightly, while his hands roved over my body, as he asked if I was fine. After I confirmed that I was, he flew high into the air and let go of me, and then he told me he had a plan.

We circled his uncle and I channeled the wind to form some sort of hurricane around him. He tried attacking us but soon lost his footing as the hurricane swept him off his feet and began to fling him around like a piece of paper. Then Blaze willed on an insanely large amount of fire, sending it right at his uncle. I topped it off with a mixture of lightening.

His uncle screamed and screamed as he began to burn.

Till he couldn’t anymore.

Till he turned into charred sand.
