DB: Legendary Super Saiyan Bloodline at the Start-Chapter 25: Porunga
Chapter 25 - Porunga
"Whew, it's over. Finally over!"
Cado let out a long breath as the red aura surrounding his body gradually faded.
Ding!
[Congratulations to the host for completing the mission.
Reward: 0.1-second Flash Step Technique!]
The system notification echoed in his mind, and a smile finally crept across Cado's tired face.
"Hey! Cado!"
Goku flew over excitedly, waving.
The battle was clearly over, and he couldn't wait to rush in.
Cado looked at Goku's urgent face and gave him a light nod.
"Whoa, you were amazing just now! How do you even train like that? And who was that guy? He was super strong too! When can I be as powerful as you?"
Goku fired off a bunch of questions, clearly thrilled by what he'd witnessed.
Cado smiled and waved it off, saying slowly.
"Goku, don't rush it. You're already very strong. Maybe someday, you'll become the second-strongest—right after me."
He wasn't just saying that. Goku's potential was enormous. Even without Cado, Frieza's fate would've been sealed at Goku's hands eventually.
"Really? Well, I'm not trying to be second strongest—I'm gonna surpass you!"
Goku grinned wide, clearly overjoyed by the compliment.
Cado just chuckled and didn't argue. Surpass him? Unless something wildly unexpected happened, that wasn't likely.
"Alright, enough small talk. It's time for us to go." Cado reminded him.
Frieza was dead, and there was no reason to stay on Namek any longer. He was starting to miss Bulma too. Might as well head back and enjoy some downtime.
"Sounds good to me." Goku said casually.
He'd gotten his fill of watching two titans duke it out—he was more than satisfied.
"What about Piccolo? Aren't you going to say goodbye to the Elder?" Cado asked, glancing toward him.
"No need." Piccolo replied coolly, still keeping that distant demeanor.
"Alright then. If no one's got any objections, let's go."
Cado nodded and was just about to lead the way when—
"Wait, everyone please hold on a moment!"
A Namekian descended from the sky holding a bag. It was Nail, the Elder's loyal attendant.
"The Grand Elder sent me to thank you for saving Namek."
Nail looked at Cado and, in a rare moment, managed to force out an awkward smile.
"No need, really. The Elder helped us unlock our potential. I'd say we're even. There's no need for thanks." Cado replied with a gentle smile.
The Elder had doubled his power. That kind of gift was more valuable than any words.
Besides, he came here to complete a mission—it wasn't truly a favor to the Namekians.
"No, Mr. Cado. If it weren't for you, Namek would've been doomed."
"So, as repayment, the Grand Elder has allowed you to use the Dragon Balls. You can make three wishes."

As Nail spoke, he reached into his bag and pulled out a massive Dragon Ball.
Cado was a little surprised.
'The Dragon Balls? From Namek?'
He hadn't expected a bonus reward like this today.
"These are the real deal? They're huge!" Goku exclaimed, wide-eyed.
With the six Frieza had already gathered, the full set was now complete.
They could summon Porunga, the Namekian dragon, at any moment.
Before Cado could even say anything, Nail had already gathered the Dragon Balls.
He began chanting in the Namekian language.
Zzzsh!
A golden beam split the sky.
Day turned to night on the always-sunny Namek.
The Dragon Balls glowed with a blinding light.
And then, from them, rose a massive green figure—
Porunga had appeared.
"If you have wishes, speak them now." Nail said, looking toward Cado.
Cado scratched his head. Honestly, he couldn't think of anything he wanted.
With his power level, he wasn't even sure if the dragon could grant his wishes.
Just as he was lost in thought—
Whoosh!
A figure darted past like a streak of lightning.
Everyone froze, stunned by the sudden gust of wind.
Only Cado sensed something was wrong and was instantly on alert.
'What the hell just flew past us? That speed... don't tell me there's another powerhouse hiding nearby?'
The figure suddenly shouted at Porunga:
"Grant me immortality!"
His voice echoed across the canyon.
But Porunga didn't respond.
Only a chilly breeze swept through the mountains.
Cado, Goku, Piccolo, and Nail all turned their eyes to the figure—
It was none other than Vegeta, the Saiyan who once invaded Earth.
He now stood awkwardly under their collective gaze.
"Hmph. So it's you?"
Piccolo snorted with disdain.
"Cough, yeah, it's me. So what?"
Vegeta cleared his throat, trying to mask his embarrassment.
After recovering from his wounds, he'd heard about Frieza's journey to Namek and learned of the Dragon Balls' true power.
Driven by ambition, he'd rushed here hoping to swoop in after Frieza gathered all the balls—
Only to stumble into the middle of Cado's battle with Frieza.
And now, he had to face the terrifying reality:
That same brat who gave him trouble on Earth had just obliterated Frieza.
"When I let you escape Earth, I never thought you'd have the guts to show your face again." Piccolo sneered.
The two stared each other down, both tense and ready to throw down.
Goku stood by, totally confused.
'Who is this guy? Do we know him? What's going on?!'
"Porunga's time is short—if you have wishes, make them now!" Nail reminded them sharply.
He wasn't concerned about the new arrival.
You couldn't wish for anything unless you spoke the Namekian language.
"I want immortality! Come on, hurry!" Vegeta barked.
"I wasn't talking to you." Nail replied coldly.
Still keeping his icy demeanor, though internally he was cursing Vegeta out.
"You bastard!"
Vegeta growled, visibly losing patience.
Just then, Cado cleared his throat.
"Ahem... Prince Vegeta, was it? Long time no see."
