Chapter 1190: lights, camera, action!
[REAPER’s BASE]
Wolf slammed the wall behind him while facing the members of this organization sternly.
"These are the faces we’re about to take down," he said sternly with his eyes glinting. "I’ve already discussed the plan with everyone, but this is probably the biggest mission this organization will take on. Our enemy isn’t like any other bastard trying to rip us apart. These people can erase us from the face of the Earth."
His face darkened as he scanned everyone before him. "It was why we have to carry this with your absolute best. If it works, then everyone in here gets to live another day. But if it didn’t, expect that none of us might come home alive."
Everyone’s faces turned grim as they kept their attention on Wolf. Some of them shifted their eyes to the connection map on the wall. In it placed the Five Secret Families and on the top of them was the Oxley Family and the Silvers Family.
"Now." Wolf took a step forward, shoving his hands inside his pockets. His eyes slowly glossed over their faces, rocking his head in satisfaction. "Let’s show those bastards that they can’t just barge into our house and threaten us to tear it down and get away with it."
Like soldiers, everyone answered with a united and solid, "Yes, sir!"

[INTERPOL]
Wolf wasn’t the only one conditioning their soldiers and raising their morale. Elliot had to prepare as well to fulfill his end of the bargain. Although he had to hold back some information, he briefed his people on what was important, with all honesty.
"A battle between the Five Secret Families and Hera Cruel is something even I am not sure what the outcome would be. Although the resources of the Five Secret Families are indeed beyond anyone’s imagination, we’ve fought the Reapers before." Elliot paused as he looked at his men. "Some of you — most of you have seen what they were capable of and, in all honesty, people who fight like that are the bastards who always turn the table."
"That’s why I’m saying don’t lower your guard," he continued in the same stern voice. "This is akin to a fight between David and Goliath."
He paused again as he took a step forward. "However, whoever wins doesn’t matter because... we’re going to put them all behind the bars where they all belong."
Everyone exuded a strong aura as their eyes brimmed with determination. Tonight, Interpol would reclaim its former glory because it would take home the most notorious people who had been poisoning the world. This is mission Justice, and this time, they planned to get the justice they all believed in.
"I’ll see you all at the drop point area."
With that being said, everyone dispersed and headed for their departure. Every single one of them was armed and loaded, ready to fight. This time, they won’t be taken off guard or be humiliated just like that time in the port. It was a mission for justice, but also, a redemption of their dignity.
Elliot watched the several units taking off one after another. He nodded in satisfaction, talking to the captains of a few units for extra orders. He went through proper protocol before expressing his genuine wishes for their safety.
As the captains took charge of their take-off, Elliot went back to the headquarters for another important task. However, instead of going straight to his office or any place where he could go, Elliot cautiously took a reroute and ended up going to the maximum prison cell in Interpol’s territory.
Standing in front of the cell, Elliot raised his chin at the man sitting on the edge of the bed.
"In another hour, more than half of our agents will depart the base," he said. "I trust that your boss already told you what you have to do?"
The man seated inside slowly turned his head to the side. He didn’t say anything while studying the look on Elliot’s face. But when he spoke, it was something Elliot didn’t expect.
"Hera told me to relay an important message once this day comes," said the man. "She says to tell you, you will never gonna pass her profanity class."
Elliot’s face stiffened. "That’s the important message she made you hold back all these times?"
"She also said it’s a shame that not only you’re not gonna make it to her class, you also won’t gonna make it in the seminary. She said you don’t know how to properly pray."
"Hah!" Elliot was flabbergasted, unable to respond to that because of the level of shamelessness and bullshit Hera was carrying around. This situation wasn’t time for jokes and since he was now back in charge, he thought there was no way Hera would throw her madness at him. Yet, she still made it happen.
She was a nightmare!
"These doors will open in an hour." Elliot shook his head as he took a step forward while his hand took out a paper from his suit. He then tossed the folded paper inside the cell. "That’s the map of how you can get out of this place without being noticed. Hera told me you already knew what you needed to do, and that she needed you to be equipped."
He paused as his face darkened. "Tell Hera this is the last time I’m working with her. The next time she sends her people to me, I’ll make sure you won’t ever get to see the light of day again."
With that being said, Elliot turned his back on the man and started walking away. What he was doing had been testing his beliefs and morals. However, Elliot had to swallow up his pride and everything for the better future of their agency.
"Lastly..." Elliot slowed down when the man spoke again. When Elliot looked back, he caught the man picking up the paper before facing him squarely, saying, "She told me to tell you, you’re welcome, Elliot Dunkell."
"There’s no need for you to send that last message," said Elliot, this time wearing a short smile. "That one... is something I’d like to hear straight from her. Good luck with cleaning up the General Assembly. This time, I’m looking forward to hearing great news and not her disses."
