Mated to Four Alphas-Chapter 179: Frozen food
Chapter 179: Frozen food
Silas’s POV
When I came inside, the atmosphere was indeed strange—Meyer and Orian were standing together, while Damon and Lysander were standing and looking down.
"Orian," I called out his name, and he quickly came to me just like Theron did, even though I didn’t call his name.
"Silas, why are you here? We were about to leave," Orian said.
Hearing that, I sighed in relief that Orian was about to leave.
"Then, if there’s nothing left, let’s go."
As we turned, I heard the voice I really didn’t want to hear, but I had a hunch he was going to try to talk to me.
It was Damon. "Silas, please hear me out."
"Mr. Damon, there is nothing to talk about."
I didn’t want to talk to Damon at all. I think Theron had called Lysander to their mansion.
Still, I didn’t want to give any answer, so Orian and I left from there with Velric. Behind us, Theron and Meyer followed.
I saw the King and Queen of this pack sitting on the sofa, but they didn’t talk to me, so I didn’t say anything either.
And when we came out and getting into the car, Orian started to murmur.
"Those three brothers... If I really had magic to kill someone, it’s them."
"But Orian, Theron didn’t do anything. Why count him?"
Because there are only three brothers. I haven’t met the fourth brother yet, and Lysander is an outsider.
"I didn’t count Theron. I was talking about Damon, Kael, and Lysander."
"But Lysander is not their brother."
While talking, I sat in the back seat with Velric, and Theron also sat beside me, while Orian sat in the passenger seat with Meyer.
As we sat down, Theron slightly touched my hand. So I glanced at him. Between us, Velric was sitting.
"Yes, Theron?"
"Lysander is our youngest brother."
My eyes widened as I heard him. What? Lysander is their youngest brother? That means he’s the fourth brother whose picture wasn’t in the frame.
After that, Theron explained that Lysander didn’t want to succeed by using his family name, so he never told anyone who his parents and brothers were.
They also never revealed the face of their youngest brother to help him. And through his talent, Lysander became more famous and the best actor.
It was a little hard for me to believe because Lysander never told me about this at all—even when we were on good terms.
It felt like a big secret, but he should have just given me a hint. But it doesn’t matter anymore, because in the end, he is their brother.
Of course, I get why he took their side instead of mine that night.
After that, Meyer dropped me off at my apartment, and of course, my brother Orian too, because now he wanted to spend more time with me and Velric.
Even if Meyer wanted to say no, he couldn’t, because Theron was there taking our side so meyer was scared of theron I think.
And after dropping us off, they both left. Theron said he had some work.
As I opened the door of my apartment, Orian and Velric ran inside, and I chuckled because they both looked so cute.
As I was about to lock the door, Theron suddenly appeared.
He was literally panting—I think he ran here.
"Theron, what happened?"
He handed me a new mobile.
"You don’t have one, so just take it. Please."
"I’ll pay you back later," I said.
I didn’t want to be in debt, and I was already in debt to Damon because he had lent me money for this apartment, so I would have to pay him back.
Then, without saying much, Theron suddenly pecked my forehead and hurried off.
I closed the door and turned around while holding the mobile.
As I turned, I found Orian and Velric standing in the same position—their hands on their waists, looking at me with teasing eyes.
"Oh ho... a peck on the forehead. I think something’s going on between you and Theron, right, Velric?"
Orian looked at Velric while saying that, and even that kid was nodding and looking at me with those suspicious little eyes.
"There is indeed something going on between Mumma and Daddy."
"Pffft~~... ha ha ha! Mumma and Daddy! Velric, why are you so funny, man?" Orian was laughing nonstop.
I rolled my eyes, stepped in, and sat on the sofa. I turned on the mobile. Everything was already set up.
I just had to put in my Gmail, and it became like my old phone, because everything was connected to my Gmail ID—even my contact information.
When I logged into Stargram, I suddenly heard a scream.
I flinched and glanced toward the kitchen—that’s where the scream had come from. But what I saw made me smile even more.
Velric was sitting on the kitchen counter, and Orian was just checking the fridge.
When he saw the frozen food inside, he got so happy that he screamed.
I put my mobile on the sofa and entered the kitchen.
"What is happening here? And Velric, how did you get up there?"
"Pretty uncle put me up here," Velric answered.
Orian came to me and handed over ramen and dumpling packages.
"Silas, do you know how to make them? I’m really hungry right now. Can you make them for us?"
"It’s simple. Just put the dumplings in the oven, and for the ramen, pour in boiled water. That’s it."
When I did that in front of Orian, he kept saying "Wow," like those dumplings and ramen were some kind of magic cooked in just 10 minutes.
In fact, I didn’t know about this before either, but now that I do, I feel like an adult to Orian—someone who knows how to cook.
After that, we sat down and ate, and now they both are watching cartoons together.
"Silas, there’s magic in your hands, ’cause this ramen and dumplings are delicious!"
"Yes, Mumma! There’s magic in your hands, ’cause this ramen and dumplings are delicious!"
Now Velric was copying Orian’s way of talking too.
