Ji Yan drove over to a Michelin Star Restaurant far away from the campus of Imperial University.

Throughout the way, Adrian did not loosen his grip on Ella’s hand. He continued holding it even when her hand got a bit sweaty.

Ella wondered if her new hand care was that effective.

It took almost 2 hours for them to reach there but Ella had no complaints at all.

Before this, she visited Adrian’s company but during that time, her mind had been burdened with way too many thoughts.

The night she shifted to the dorms, that scam doctor accompanied her and kept annoying her the entire way.

And after she settled in the dorms, she decided to play it safe for a while.

Because although Adrian was more reasonable lately and she was calmer than before, it was difficult to completely remould one’s behaviour patterns overnight.

Both the men turned around only to find the vitality hearts above Ella’s head dropping on the ground.

The girl who had looked energetic and lively like a sunflower suddenly resembled dried grass.

But still, when meeting Adrian’s gaze, she let out a smile.

’’Open area,’’ Adrian calmly said before he tucked his hand in his pocket and walked towards Ella.

But alas, although they dined in the open area, the entire setup was still far from meeting Ella’s expectations.

However, it completely suited Adrian’s royal demeanour. The entire place was set up like a royal feast.

Ella and Adrian were seated in the cornermost table, the area was a bit dark and detached from the rest of the tables in the grand dining hall as well.

Ella sighed softly.

’’Don’t like it?" Adrian asked the girl who was sighing away at the interval of every 0.1 second.

Ella was startled, "How could it be? I can barely contain my happiness.’’

She did not like it one bit. But what if she told Adrian that and he decided to drag her back to the Eve Mansion to eat?

One open window in four closed walls is still better than four closed walls with no windows.

Ella picked up the menu and skimmed through it when the waiter came to take their order.

With Adrian’s health condition, he was very picky with food and this was something she had not cared much about before.

In her previous life, she barely saw him eating and she did not care whether he ate or not. Her relation with food was as complicated as it could get. Sometimes she was binge eating and sometimes she was starving herself to lose weight.

But Adrian’s problems were more deep rooted. He was not particularly picky with food but rather he lacked appetite.

Ella couldn’t exactly pinpoint what it was but a part of her was inclined to believe that most of his troubles, including his disorderly mood, was a result of his terrible sleeping disorder.

"Tell me what you feel like eating,’’ Ella looked at the man.

Adrian paused, a rare moment of confusion flickered between his brows before he opened his mouth, ’’I’ll have what you have.’’

Ella’s jaw went slack at the smoothness with which he uttered those words.

After a while, she came to herself and cleared her throat, ’’Fine, don’t regret it later then,’’ a twinkle of mischief flashed by her dark eyes.
