Streamer Choice Harem: Sss-Ranked Villain With 100\% Win Rate!-Chapter 25: Toss Them Under The Train
Chapter 25 - Toss Them Under The Train
"You two didn't see anything?" Silas ignored Matilda who was standing by Luke's side, turning to give Ice a worried stare, placing his hand on her shoulder, "I need you to relax."
Ice forced a smile, but seeing the serious expression on his face, she quickly killed it. As she shifted her gaze to the side, her muscles tensed, "What about the exterior of the train?"
"I checked the top and back before I came here. There wasn't anything there." Silas was quick to speak, withdrawing his hand from Ice's shoulder and digging them into his pockets.
"What about the bottom of the train?" Ice raised alarm, especially since it's been at the back of her mind for some time now, "It's a hard to reach place even for the super humans."
Silas paused hearing that. Truly, even he wouldn't dare go under the train, especially at the insane peak speeds it could reach. He wondered if anyone could go under to check that.
[Who Will You Send Under The Train?]
[Pick a Choice,]
[Choice A — Ice]
—Rewards:
[Skill, Frost Explosion]
[Choice B — Luke]
—Rewards:
[Luke's Respect +50%]
[Choice C — Silas]
—Rewards:
[(10) Gacha Coins]
[Luke's Respect +25%]
[Ice's Respect +25%]
'I wonder if I can trick this choice. I could send someone and follow them, but would the rewards be taken back?' Silas held his chin, then he shook his head, 'I will have to go alone.'
If he sent either Ice or Luke, then they'd die for sure. One was in no position to use their powers to defend themselves while the latter was a regular human being with a death wish.
He wondered why Matilda wasn't an option in the choice system. Was there a limit for the number of choices he could take for rewards or was there something he had no idea of?
|100Moons— Just go see for yourself, bro.
|I_Have_No_$$— Be a man and go there.
|Keyboard Warrior_76— Chat, don't worry.
Silas wanted to roll his eyes. Anytime he returned his gaze to this chat, there would be a guy or two trying to tell him how to do his job. If he could, he'd send 'them' under the train.
He readjusted his gaze from the floating interface back to their eager faces. After a long thought, he opened his mouth to speak, "I guess I'll have to do this one alone. Don't worry."
Ice stared at him in shock, while Luke blinked. Matilda raised her brow, then he exhaled and turned his back to them, "I can't bring myself to send anyone under this train than me."
"You could die! I will be able to defend myself in a shield of ice if anything goes wrong, I should—" Ice started, a furious expression forming on her face, but Silas' glare silenced her.
"You are in no position to use your powers. You have a pathetic energy pool." He glared at her out the corner of her eyes, then walked away, "You can just rest and leave it to me."
Ice was unable to say a word, even after his back had vanished from her sight. Not one of the others spoke up either, each of there staring off at where Silas stood moments earlier.
"Is he going to get himself killed?" Selena tried to hide the glee in her voice, but her eyes were bright with joy. She acted submissive only because she is weak and hoped that he died.
If the scary man died, then she'd be able to sneak away from these two, especially with the condition Ice put herself. The longer she tried to force it, the worse the would becomes.
At the end of the day, the vessel for superpowers was the human body. Once it's broken, it's broken for good. There weren't any superpowers that could revive the dead back to life.
At least, that was what her father had always taught her.
"Does he even understand how fast a train moves?" Matilda frowned, shifting her gaze to the people in the train, "His best bet would be to sneak you all out and let them all die."
"He knows that if he does that, one of us would sacrifice our life to do the opposite. I'd believe he doesn't want it to happen." Ice scoffed, "Why let them die if he can help them?"
Matilda narrowed her eyes, "What sort of idiot would risk his life for people he has no relations with? I wonder what is running through his mind, to go through all this trouble."
——
"Although I'd have loved to leave them to die and run away," Silas rolled his eyes and breathed in the surface air, counting the buildings in the distance, "I would gain nothing."
As long as they were of use to him, Silas was not in a hurry to throw them away. The ones who didn't understand this would only continue to be deceived until they finally see.
"Matilda must probably be in a state of confusion, wondering whether there is light in the darkness." Silas turned his gaze to the side, "But in this game, I am playing the villain."

Yes. There was an underlying ploy this decision had, in order for him to get her off his back. Once she has an ounce of doubt, she'd begin to make mistakes, until they all backfire.
"Thinking that I'd die from this is exactly what I want." Silas swept a hand through his hair, then he walked to the rightmost edge of the train top, he slid down, past the windows.
Silas transformed both hands into ice, staring under the train. If one was to get caught in these rails, they'd be crushed in seconds. This was indeed the best place to hide a bomb.
Even though this part of the train was the hardest to search due to the heat from the high-speed friction with the railway and the space too small for the human body to fit in—
Silas used his telekinesis to probe around, until he located the weird boxy object that was wielded into the train, hanging mere centimetres off the train tracks, and grabbed it.
Disintegrate was a "Third Class" superpower type, so he couldn't propagate it across the air to reach the box. He needed to extend that box to his hands one way or the other.
Silas created a thin layer of ice from his hands, then had it stretched toward the box, attaching them before grabbing the thin line of ice with his eyes gleaming, "Disintegrate."
