World Domination Begins With Getting a System in a Modern World-Chapter 83: Meeting With SouthPark Group Partners
Chapter 83: Meeting With SouthPark Group Partners
James and his group followed the receptionist down a long, elegantly designed corridor.
The walls were lined with minimalist art pieces, the kind that shows just how wealthy and sophisticated Southpark Group is.
James walked with the same calm, composed demeanor he always carried, and his hands in his pockets, with an unreadable expression on his face.
Patty walked beside him, looking very professional and poised, while Mr. Harrington and his team followed closely behind, their briefcases in hand.
The receptionist finally stopped in front of a set of sleek, slightly opaque glass doors.
She turned to James with a pleasant but formal smile and gestured toward the entrance.
"They are waiting for you inside," she said.
James nodded in acknowledgment, taking a deep breath before pushing the doors open.

The room behind the door was spacious but had a minimalist design. A long mahogany conference table stretched across the center, surrounded by high-backed leather chairs.
The far wall was made entirely of glass, offering a stunning view of the ocean beyond — a subtle reminder of the power and exclusivity that came with doing business here.
Seated at the table were four individuals — three men and one woman — all dressed in sharply tailored business attire. They were clearly seasoned professionals, with their calm expressions, as they assessed James and his team, who just walked in.
The man at the head of the table, a distinguished-looking individual in his early fifties, with silver-streaked hair and a perfectly tailored navy suit, stood up as James entered.
He extended a hand with a confident, and measured smile.
"Mr. Zolomon, welcome to Southpark Group. I’m Richard Anthony, Managing Partner. It’s a pleasure to finally meet you."
James took his hand firmly, meeting his gaze with a steady expression. He knew that this is where he has to show how confidence he is and leave a lasting impression.
"Likewise, Mr. Anthony. I appreciate you taking the time to meet with us."
Richard nodded and gestured toward the seats across from them.
"Please, have a seat," he said, and James nodded.
As James and his team settled into their seats, Richard motioned toward his colleagues.
"This is Charles Donovan, Senior Legal Counsel," he said, as he gestured to a middle-aged man with sharp blue eyes and a clean-shaven face gave a curt nod.
"Next to him is Kimberley Hayes, Head of Compliance & Risk."
He gestured to a poised woman in her early forties, with dark hair pulled into a tight bun, acknowledged them with a polite smile.
"And lastly, we have Michael Langford, Senior Trust Administrator," he said, as he gestured to a younger man, likely in his late thirties, with an analytical gaze, nodded respectfully.
James inclined his head slightly, absorbing the information Mr Richard just gave him.
"Good to meet you all."
Meanwhile, Leslie, sitting at the far end of the table, was already tuning out of the conversation. She pulled out her phone, angling it under the table discreetly, scrolling through her messages and occasionally glancing around the room with mild curiosity.
She wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t that she didn’t want to be left alone at the villa.
After the introduction had been made, Richard leaned forward, folding his hands on the table.
"Mr. Zolomon, we’ve reviewed the preliminary information provided by Mr. Harrington’s firm, and I must say, your objectives are quite ambitious."
He paused, choosing his next words carefully.
"Creating an offshore trust holding company with multiple LLCs under its structure is a sophisticated move. It’s the kind of strategy used by ultra-high-net-worth individuals to legally protect and manage their wealth. I assume this is exactly what you’re looking for?"
"Exactly." James nodded.
Richard exchanged a glance with Kimberley Hayes, the compliance expert, who spoke up next.
"Before we proceed, Mr. Zolomon, we want to ensure transparency on both sides. We specialize in trust structures that are fully compliant with Cook Islands law and international financial regulations. This means we need to understand the source of the wealth being placed in the trust. Can you confirm that all funds and assets are obtained legally?" She said, with a very solemn voice and expression.
"Every dollar." James replied, with a confident voice.
Kimberley studied him for a moment before nodding, seemingly satisfied. ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com
Patty took this moment to interject, and the next moment, it felt like a steady and authoritative aura enveloped her.
"As James’ financial advisor, I’ll be handling the asset transfers and structuring alongside Mr. Harrington’s firm. Everything will be documented to ensure full compliance."
Richard looked at Patty and gave her an approving nod. From how she spoke agd how she carried herself, he could see that she was no novice to meetings line this.
"Good. That makes our job easier," he said.
Michael Langford, the Senior Trust Administrator, adjusted his tie and spoke next.
"Now, let’s go over the structure of the trust itself. Based on our discussions with Mr. Harrington, here’s the recommended framework:"
He slid a neatly printed document across the table toward James, detailing the trust structure.
James picked up the document and went through it.
1. The Offshore Trust Holding Company:
Name: Paramount Global Holdings
Jurisdiction: Cook Islands.
Trustee: Southpark Group’s TCSP partner firm.
Protector: None (Can be chosen anytime at client’s own discretion).
2. Three LLCs Under the Trust:
Solara Real Estate Holdings LLC (Manages all real estate assets)
Steele Investment Holdings LLC (Holds stocks, crypto, and private equity investments)
Vestige LLC (For running future business ventures)
Everything was structured exactly as he wanted it and as Patty had suggested.
Mr. Harrington, seated next to him, adjusted his glasses and spoke.
"This structure allows for maximum asset protection while keeping James in full control through his role as the trust’s protector."
Richard Anthony nodded when he hears what Mr Harrington said.
"Precisely. If structured correctly, this will safeguard your assets from lawsuits, creditors, and potential government overreach."
James placed the document down, satisfied with everything in it.
"This is exactly what I had in mind," he said.
Michael Langford continued.
"There are a few options regarding trustee selection. You can either opt for a professional trustee from our network, or we can appoint a private corporate trustee under your direction."
James turned to Patty, and asked, "What do you think?"
Patty tapped her fingers against the table thoughtfully.
"A professional trustee is good for legal compliance, but having a private corporate trustee means more direct control."
She turned to Mr. Harrington.
"What’s your take?"
Mr. Harrington adjusted his tie slightly, before replying.
"Given James’ long-term goals, I’d recommend the corporate trustee route. It gives us more flexibility down the line."
"Then that’s what we’ll go with." James nodded.
Richard heard what James said, and exchanged a quick glance with his colleagues before closing the folder in front of him.
"Excellent. We’ll begin drafting the legal paperwork today. It will take a month for the trust and its LLCs should be fully registered and operational but everything should be finalized in three weeks. Once the LLCs are officially registered, we’ll schedule another meeting to handle the funding transfers."
James nodded. "Sounds good. I’ll be ready."
"We’ll also need to discuss asset transfers but that will after they have been created," he said, and James nodded.
With all details discussed, Richard rose from his seat and extended his hand again.
"Mr. Zolomon, welcome to Southpark Group. We look forward to handling your trust."
"Likewise." James said, as he shook his hand firmly.
As the meeting wrapped up, Leslie finally looked up from her phone, having tuned out 99% of the discussion.
"Oh, we’re done? Cool. Can we get food now?"
"You’ve been on your phone the entire time, haven’t you?" He asked, curiously, even though he already knew the answer
"Obviously. I will fall asleep if I listen to the conversation. It would had been different if it was about chemistry or a science related topic, but it’s business and I know nothing about," Leslie replied, and James smiled.
Patty also smiled at Leslie’s words, as they all left the conference room and made their way towards the exit.
The meeting was a success and now all for now, all that was left to do was wait — and, of course, enjoy the next few weeks in paradise.
