Chapter 1204: Brutal Beating

Aldrian still looked through Mo Yuheng’s memories for a few moments even after seeing him faint. Only after deciding that he had seen enough did Aldrian finally stop looking through his memories.

Aldrian nodded with a smile.

"I see, so that is the problem," he said, making Mo Yuheng confused.

It was no wonder he reacted like that. He did not feel anything when Aldrian looked through his memories. From his perspective, Aldrian merely touched his forehead while staring at him in silence for more than a minute, which made him quite nervous.

He then saw Aldrian close his eyes for a moment before opening them again and standing up.

"Wait for a moment. I will go somewhere," Aldrian said, making Mo Yuheng stunned.

"Where are you going, mister?" Mo Yuheng asked.

Aldrian smiled at him. "I’m just going to buy you some food. Let’s have a good meal after this. It will be good for you after experiencing something bad like that."

Mo Yuheng and Mo Yiran did not know why, but they felt that Aldrian was not being entirely honest. Still, they had no proof of it.

"Just stay here nicely and wait for the food to come," Aldrian continued before looking at his wives with a smile. "My ladies, all of you can also stay here and accompany Miss Yiran and Yuheng."

Sylphia and the others nodded as they watched Aldrian walk out of the room.

For Sylphia, Baek Jimin, and Angelica, there was no way he was truly going out just to buy food. They knew he had gone out to give someone a world of pain.

That expression that showed nothing wrong actually hid feelings that could bring nightmares to anyone who had offended him.

But none of them intended to stop him. They already knew what kind of man their husband was, especially when it came to his own people.

Sylphia and her harem sisters simply let Aldrian do his thing while they amicably conversed with the Mo siblings. It was also a good chance for them to get closer to the siblings since most of the siblings’ interactions until now had only been with Aldrian.

After Aldrian stepped out of the house, he teleported to the top of one of the tallest buildings in Shanghai.

This was the Shanghai branch building of the Red Moon Guild.

When he looked through Mo Yuheng’s memories, he learned the identity of the person who had hurt him. It was someone called Young Master Pei. After scanning the entire city, Aldrian found that man inside this building.

At this moment, Young Master Pei was with his group, seemingly conversing with several other hunters inside one of the halls. Thousands of hunters were gathered there, making it look like some kind of large gathering.

Aldrian did not care what the gathering was about, nor was he interested in whatever Young Master Pei was talking about.

He directly teleported into the hall, causing everyone there to become stunned by his sudden appearance.

But the moment they recognized him from his conspicuous appearance, they were truly shocked.

"Isn’t that the powerful otherworlder who cleared all the SSSS-rank gates around the world? How could he suddenly appear here?" one of the hunters said in astonishment.

"Yes, that is Aldrian. Why did he come here? Don’t tell me he has some connection with the Red Moon Guild?" another hunter commented.

Discussions instantly erupted among the people nearby.

Young Master Pei and his group also looked at Aldrian with curiosity. But Young Master Pei’s expression soon changed into shock when he suddenly felt his body dragged toward Aldrian.

He could not control his body as he flew toward Aldrian at terrifying speed. Aldrian had already stretched out his hand toward him.

The surrounding people were astonished by the sudden scene. The moment Young Master Pei reached him, Aldrian slammed his palm into the young man’s face before smashing his head straight into the floor.

Boom!

The floor instantly cracked apart, causing shock among the crowd.

Young Master Pei, who had never expected to be attacked, felt as though his head was about to explode. Intense pain assaulted him as he could feel his brain violently shaken.

He felt a splitting headache, but even before he could understand what had happened, a punch landed on his face.

Crack!

The floor behind his head cracked even further as Aldrian’s fist slammed into him. Aldrian grabbed the young master’s hair tightly before repeatedly punching him with his other hand until the young man fainted.

His face was already bloodied and swollen. The sight was truly brutal.

Aldrian carefully controlled his strength so he would not instantly kill the man in his grasp.

He did not want the young master’s head to explode.

Aldrian then minimally healed the young man’s head to force him conscious again before continuing to pummel him. He did not even give him a chance to speak, making the situation even more miserable for Young Master Pei.

The young master also wanted to unleash one of his techniques to make Aldrian stop, but the repeated punches prevented him from doing anything at all.

The hunters from the Red Moon Guild had already rushed to the scene. One of them, an S-rank hunter, quickly spoke to Aldrian.

"Sir, please stop! You are in the middle of our important gathering. Why are you hitting him?"

If this had been a normal situation, they would have instantly dragged away anyone who caused such a disturbance and might have even beaten them to death. Even more so because this was inside the Red Moon Guild’s building, their own territory.

They would never allow anyone to create a ruckus here. Not even S-rank or SS-rank hunters.

But the problem was that the one causing the disturbance right now was the very person creating an uproar across the world.

He was said to be the strongest being on Earth at this moment, which explained how he and his wives could clear all those SSSS-rank gates so easily.

He was completely outside their league.

Why was he beating that young master from the Pei family? Did he have some kind of grudge against Young Master Pei?

Their questions were finally answered when Aldrian spoke with calm expression between his punches.

"You must be wondering why I’m beating you."

Aldrian ignored the Red Moon Guild member’s question as he continued hitting the young master.

He then released Young Master Pei’s hair and stood up before repeatedly kicking him.

"This is for beating one of my people," Aldrian said, causing the others to widen their eyes.

Young Master Pei attacked one of Aldrian’s people?

The young master himself, who was still conscious and could hear Aldrian amidst the beating, felt wronged because he did not remember ever meeting any of Aldrian’s people, forget about beating one.

"Mo Yuheng," Aldrian said.

That single name was enough to leave Young Master Pei and everyone who heard it completely shocked.

Of course they knew Mo Yuheng.

Who did not know the person with F-rank potential who worked as part of the cleaning teams for various hunter squads from different guilds? The young man from a fallen noble family whose household collapsed after a gate break.

The weakling abandoned by everyone, with only his extremely sick elder sister remaining beside him after the gate break.

Many thoughts appeared in their minds, but all of them carried the same meaning.

Mo Yuheng was nothing.

But now, right in front of them, Aldrian claimed that Mo Yuheng was one of his people.

How was that possible?

No one dared to approach Aldrian, and everyone kept their distance. They did not want to attract his attention. Especially those who had bullied Mo Yuheng as if it were some kind of sport. They desperately wanted to escape.

But before they could move away, their feet suddenly froze in place.

No matter how hard they tried to move or force their bodies forward, their feet would not budge. Even when they used their hunter powers, nothing changed.

It was as though an invisible force had bound their legs in place, preventing them from escaping.

Fear instantly gripped their hearts.

They feared that they would also be beaten up. When they looked toward the others for help, no one dared to step forward.

Everyone there knew these people were members of the teams where Mo Yuheng had worked.

As for why they suddenly could not move, many already guessed the answer.

Aldrian was most likely the one responsible.

Even the Red Moon Guild members did not dare act rashly because this matter was already far beyond something they could handle.

’No, this won’t do. If we let this continue, Young Master Pei might really die, and several others may follow...’ the S-rank hunter from the Red Moon Guild thought before opening the communication function on his smart bracelet.

"Master Han, my apologies, but you should come to the eastern hall. There is a problem that needs your attention. That otherworlder named Aldrian suddenly appeared and is creating chaos here."

The person he contacted was the branch master himself, Han Kuang.

He did not wait for a response and instantly cut off the connection before trying once again to calm Aldrian.

"Sir, please—"

Before he could finish his words, he saw Aldrian kick Young Master Pei hard enough to send him flying across the hall and crashing into the wall.

Bang!

Young Master Pei instantly fainted. At that moment, Aldrian changed his target.

He looked toward the other men who had been together with Young Master Pei when Mo Yuheng was beaten up. Although they had not directly attacked Mo Yuheng at that time, they had bullied him on many other occasions.

"No, please have mercy!" one of the men shouted.

Unfortunately for him, Aldrian did not care and immediately started beating him up just like he had done to Young Master Pei.

"Stop!"

Suddenly, a shout resounded across the hall, and Aldrian felt a soft tug on his hand.
