Leon forehead twitched as he realize he had been tricked by Fargo and possibly Fredhadt too, that Stephan’s boy should know about this as well but he stay quiet!

"Bless you," Lory then handing Fargo a tissue.

"Thanks," Fargo wiped his itchy nose with the tissue and sniffed.

Lory furrowed her brows. "The flu?"

Lory stared at Fargo for a moment, then commented, "Maybe because you did something bad to them first?"

Fargo shrugged nonchalantly, "Maybe..."

After satisfying torturing the hideous creature, Zhao Li Xin released the immortal flame, and the purplish fire licked the beast’s carcass and slowly devoured it in whole.

The excruciating pain made the beast panic and crazily beat the walls and boulders in an attempt to extinguish the fire, but the immortal flame is no ordinary flame, instead of decreased it burn profussedly until the beast eventually ran out of strength and then fell to the ground dead, meanwhile the fire showed no signs to eased out.

Leon jumped down beside Zhao Li Xin. "When will the flames stop?" he asked.

In a flat and cold tone, Zhao Lixin replied, "Until they turn to ashes..."

"Will it drain your power?" Leon was curious about the power that Zhao Li Xin possessed.

Zhao Li Xin’s lips curved into a faint smile, "No..."

Zhao Li Xin did not feel annoyed as he used to while listening to Leon ranting, instead he was hit by a nostalgia. For a moment Leon was dumbstruck, normally when people talked like this he would think they were bluffing knowing Zhao Li Xin’s character he doesn’t think he was joking.

Their journey along the underground cave continues, and attacks from wild animals that slip from behind the fog to attack them until finally they reach a large iron door that is like a giant barrier.

"We finally arrived at the broken hidden entrance ..." Leon said.

Zhao Li Xin examined the iron door that sealed the entrance tightly. From the look of it, the vault seemed to have been here for a very long time.

"So this door seals the hidden ruin inside?" muttered Zhao Li Xin.

"That’s right, it’s been here for ages, we only maintained the condition but cannot be often considering how hostile the area was..."

Leon unlocked the panel box next to the iron door, after that he put his hand into the machine inside the box which a few moments later made the scanning sound and then followed by the green light and the sound of a short beep.

After that, Leon’s upper body leaned forward and put his face closer to the machine, and a few moments later after his eyes got scanned, the same beeping sound was heard again and the light on the machine turn green.

Leon take a step back then they heard the heavy iron sound shifting several times before it turned quiet and the door opened automatically.

"I can only take you here," Leon said.

Zhao Li Xin nodded, "Thank you ..." he sincerely said

Leon was a little embarrassed by Zhao Li Xin’s sincerity, "I’m just doing my job, eh....rather than that, you have to remember that there is a dangerous creature guarding the ruinned and it’s more dangerous than the slither or other creatures yo saw beforehand, and that creature will not let you out of this place in one piece, so always be careful, okay!" Leon give him stern warning.

"Alright, until then" Zhao Li Xin stepped into the vault with steady steps as the door behind him slowly closed.

Leon stare at the iron door after a while he took a deep sigh, although he was convinced with Zhao Li Xin ability, but what wait inside the hidden ruined was not simply about power and strenght but something more.

Because aside from the Archknights who were sent to investigate the ruins by the King no one has come out of this place alive that’s also the reason why they built this impregnable vault, so no one can get in or...out
